  1. For me personally now it has nothing to do with Pinnacle. Their time finished this time last week, so why didnt Fry get others in over the weekend. If Pinnacle complete the deal they complete and Im hoping they do. If they dont they dont, thats business!

    Tony on Fialka

Apart from Spencer Day is now a multi millionaire
  3. Swiss Group? Crane Company? leebur? Something I heard today from a ex collegue that now works in Switzerland?

    Tony on Fialka

reading the posts about passing the proof of funds stage is interesting. As this is done twice. Once by the administrators legal team and then by the Football league legal team and it is not as simple as faking some documents. This is why I cant understand some aspects of this deal
  5. Im not Im just waiting for the mass histeria to hit here in approx 2hours
  6. Who is now Spencer Day,and a mutli millionaire owns this boat and others, property all over the world and owns Chertsey Town FC http://www.oceanstyle.net/Charter/YachtSpecs.asp?thisID=11367&YachtName=MURCIELAGO
  7. well even before its printed, I have had 4 emails, 2 text and a pm to say that Michael Fialka is the main story, telling us about his fortune? or not as it seems They are saying He lives in rented accomdation or with his parents He works as an estate / letting agent His companies average £80k a year turn over He is an avid Spurs Fan His Car is company car from the agency he works etc etc Now this is either all true and well ummmmmmmmmmmmm? Is he going on Knighton on us? OR My theory on this, is the echo are looking like the rest of us, and like some dissing the deal and getting it wrong as cant find much about him or the people he represents My theory is as the administrators have done their homework ie proof of funds, the football league have done their director listig checks etc and MF is the is the middleman for Pinnacle and the money? So the question is, does it go deeper than Michael Fialka and how far?
  8. last 5 years? Its easy no one at the helm of the club ever put any money into the club! This guy IF it goes ahead will have an investment that he wants to prosper
  9. I was refraining from putting up something similar. Reading some the friggin stupid comments on here have made me cringe. When we were in the prem, we had Lowe, in the CC we had Wilde, and neither had a pot to **** in and never put any money into the club. This guy turns up and looking at company reports has sold just one of his companies for £39m and might just save us and he is the ****ing antichrist! So when will people be happy? Paul Allen as Moneyman Jose as Manager and Ronaldo as first signing We are a league one team now! and might not be if this doesnt get sorted unless he turns out to be some sort of Knighton
  10. not often I agree with you but..........
  11. Ok, remove your affliation with Saints, would you want to invest approx £15m plus more knowing you could get ****ed over by a governeing body. I know I ****ing wouldnt. This is business end. If it doesnt happen it doesnt happen. I personally will not be blaming TL / Pinnacle / MLT or the administrators. 2 people are responsible for this and that is the football league and the previous board.
  12. As I understand 1. NO 2. YES
  13. Im not even going to entertain this thread and the mess it could get people into.
  14. I agree but irrespective of what they have spent the money on surely indicates their intent. Especially if the wages get paid tomorrow
  15. what I said previously abut the cva and to me Im behind pinnacle 100% is this is the case
  16. Your right there docker! I know this is our club, but we have to put ourselves in Pinnacles shoes here. There is something not quite right with the FL's "contract" and since Pinnacle have spent over £1m so far with possibly another £500k tomorrow, Im sure they dont want to be "stitched up" at a later date
  17. 24th June
  18. or © they were unware of the Non Appeal clause until Wednesday /Thursday when the FL started the license process
  19. 18:10 - 22/06/09 "There will be a piece on BBC South Today today at 18.30 explaining the position. We will be buying the club make no mistake about this. You are welcome to quote this on the forum"
  20. Some many people missed him say that. I had to rewind it on SKY plus so my missus could hear it
  21. Eh? Can I ask why it is deceiving us, fry and the league? Just because we havent seen the director listing for company doesnt mean that FRY and The FL havent? Im guessing that Leon is involved and if he is then he league would have known when they receieved the director listing last week and then done their "fit and proper" means testing. Just because we dont know what is going on doesnt mean it is a fraud. Roll on the anti everything brigade
  22. I moments ago spoke to Tony to ask him the official line on the statement from the FL, saying nothing was offical and that SSN had said they will not budge. his reply was "There will be a piece on BBC South Today today at 18.30 explaining the position. We will be buying the club make no mistake about this. You are welcome to quote this on the forum" SO get in front of the telly people!
  23. Im lead to believe that the below scenario is the case the lawyers have against the FL about us not having the ten points deduction. OK lets say we accept the 10 point deduction and sign the non appeal clause. In four months time the FL then say can we see Southampton Football Club Limited's CVA to prove to us that you have serviced your creditors demands. The problem here is that Southampton Football club limited are unable to produce a CVA because in fact we were not in administration it was SLH. SLH are not a member of the football league so legally they can not ask for it. Does that make sense?
  24. press ctrl + F4 at the same time. Thats even better
  25. OK, let me get this right and it slightly contradicts what I believed earlier about SLH and SFC being different companies and we should have taken the 10 point hit. OK lets say we accept the 10 point deduction and sign the non appeal clause. In four months time the FL then say can we see your CVA to prove to use that you have serviced your creditors demands. The problem here is that Southampton Football club are unable to produce a CVA because in fact we were not in administration it was SLH They then lamp us with another point deduction? My conditions to allow this clause would be to say ok we have the 10 points deduction and sign the non appeal but and a big BUT there will be no further action taken aginst the club for being in administration in the eyes of the Football League does that make sense?
