We've certainly released a lot of half decent players over the years. I imagine all clubs do... I didn't even know about the link to Southgate.

Armstrong seems comfortable taking people on, even Theo too. I too have sat frustrated at Redmond's blind-alley runs, but for all the possession we often have in the opponents final third, I'd rather this season we take more risks and have a go, than constantly search for the perfect opportunity, often in vain. If we are to continue to play Redmond on the left, we should encourage him to go for it, IMO. We have a few good poachers now, particularly Ings (presuming he stays). If we take more chances, even if they don't immediately come off, I can see us mopping up some rebounds, deflections and panicky attempted clearances.

Some of these are quite good. I'm not sure the John Terry one hasn't been doctored 😆 https://www.nairaland.com/2712469/10-football-stars-own-female

Many posters seem to avoid answering the question You don't like booing, I get it. Now would you like to answer the question regarding whether 'the booing' should be regarded as a disciplinary offence by UEFA? I'm not keen on the booing either but personally wouldn't want a big-brother body trying to stop fans expressing themselves as they see fit. That's without getting into the logistics of how to implement such a ban and where it might eventually lead. https://disciplinary.uefa.com/updates/

I watched David James getting roundly booed at St Mary's whilst attempting to have an interview in the Kingsland/Northam corner. It was funny and the interview was aborted. Who could complain?
-
It isn't about what I want, it's about what should be "allowed".
-
Yeah I tend to agree, especially Denmark for goodness sake. I do remember some decent booings against the German national anthem in the past however, which seemed acceptable to most at the time. Whatever people's view on it, I still maintain that people should be able to cheer or boo whatever goes on in the ground, as they see fit.

How rude. Please stay classy. All sorts of things football supporters do are disrespectful, to the ref, to their opponents. I wouldn't want EUFA to end up the polite-police.
-
I can understand the charge for lasering Schmeichel, but booing the National Anthem? Surely fans should be allowed to boo whenever they see fit? https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/57763001

Yellow card my arse...

Kyle Walker is great defensively but doesn't play Saka in enough. We need another Shaw on the right.
-
Seemed like there wasn't much opportunity down the right until late in the half, then all the chances seemed to come that way.

3 on target compared to 1 by Denmark? Ours for the taking...

His neck tattoo gives him away

I can see it is now....identified by his tattoos 😎

I can see Tella, Perraud, Salisu and Valery. Is Lemina on the left?
-
Would be surprised if Utd would allow us an option to buy. Would be good to see him here though, if only for a season.

I also have no issue with people who want to cut body parts off etc. I do think there is a debate to be had regarding whether the NHS should pay for it though. Usually the NHS is very evidence-based regarding procedures, their benefits and risks. Transitioning seems to me to have been put in place, somewhat rushed, without much hard evidence (that I can find) of benefit, other than people basically saying that they think it will make them happy, help them psychologically. If it definitely works as a procedure, then fine.

Probably shouldn't put too much pressure on them...but the Championship with a clean sheet would be nice 😆

Has any team ever one the Euros without conceding?

Let them lie on the floor and play on...

Ha ha, what a result!

Wouldn't be the first time he'd ruined my day...

Pogba should get a yellow there...

And also, if they can't decide in slow-mo on a screen within 2 minutes whether he was off or not, give it. It's a goal...
