For the last two weeks saints had virtuallythe best result in our division... now it would appear that one loss puts a kybosh on any chance of improving to the play offs... now that is what I call an over reaction!

remember the alamo... remember kettering... remember we only play 90mins (+stoppage)

last years saints would roll over under this pressure but this year... soak it up put Antonio on later and smash und le grab voila!

Hold on.. in real terms our 3-0 win was the best result in the division today (along with bristol R) so we did make progress against all of the other teams even if just on GD gains and last week only hartlepool had a better win than we did... so all in all... progress continues!! Straws being clutched...? Not entirely!

IMHO there are only 6 teams in with a shout and we are the sixth!!

long may it continue.... got my eye on the MK game away... apparently their record crowd is 22K reckon if they gave us as many as we wanted we could smash that record for them when we come to town...

the 10+ gap between us and the "contenders" is still a reflection of our poor start IMHO. To be insight of the top 6 (-10 not withstanding) IS an achievement and although I agree our progress up the table is likely to slow once we get round the 12th mark... we can and will pick those teams off. Also bear in mind that our GD will help us pick off places 14 to 6 so as long as we have points parity we would alwayd have the advantage... not bad eh?
