I would add the Leeds away game to that list - with nothing riding on it, i expected most fans to not bother travelling the near 500 miles!. However away end was full, fans were superb (as the away fans have been all season) & the team put in a performance that set us up for the remaining 3 games!!

The only player that appears to give a f*** He had to drag near the whole team over to the away fans at the final whistle to acknowledge our great support last night!

My thoughts after just getting home ... It's probably a good job we ain't going up ! We'd end up with a pts total lower than Derby's! The 3k Saints fans did not deserve that performance - after the capitulation at Cardiff i was hoping for a reaction. The fans gave it there best - sadly the players didn't! Fans were in fine voice until the third went in when most gave up like the team! Please can the premiership refs just FUCK OFF back to where you came from - we have 3 this year & ALL have been fucking abysmal!

Lets hope Southsea Common is prepared for the 500,000 fishy foes descending on it for the open top bus ride!

Looking at the voting, it just proves those that are noisiest on this forum are again in the minority! No manager is perfect & I can obviously question some of the decisions but after the shite served up for the last 4 or 5 years, I have really enjoyed this season under Martin. He has brought the team together after a turbulent summer of 2023 & playing football that i am loving to watch Hoping he is still here next season no matter what league we are in. Be careful what you wish is all i can say!!

To be honest i hope To be honest i hope you get promoted. Went on Monday - first time since the 90's & have to say Ipswich still a real family club with a great ground like i remember it. All the fans i met really chatty, police, stewards the same .... was showing my nipper the statues & was approached by one of the 'fan's liaisons' - she wouldn't stop talking . As i said on the post match thread, day only ruined, by result obviously, but having to witness our idiot supporters trying to fight every Ipswich fan at we left the stadium!!
