Heard an interesting discussion on Radio 5 live where one economist said it was a good thing but another who seemed to have a computer model said it would not and do more harm than good. God knows what is going to happen it is not going to be easy

Just think the Echo is reporting the news I dont think they were saying sack Pardew but were backing him like most on here There was discussion on here based on the Solent report the Echo never started the rumour but continued it due to the interest and reports in the Daily Mail.

Are they criticising Cortese or are they reporting Cortese criticising LM MLT KK etc Just wish NC had issued a football statement praising the team and mentioning the high lights of the season praising Pardew without upsetting some people whose efforts have done more for the club than NC has yet achieved Without contributions from LM MLT KK for older fans what memories would we have

Things are looking good on the field as they should with a Billionaire owner but still not perfect behind the scenes perhaps. But should we care probably not as long as results are good

Sorry I dont understand what you are saying My point is that teams coming from League 1 to the Championship appear to compete reasonably well with some teams involved in the playoffs Whereas teams going from the Championship to the Premier League dont

The fact is that Pardew is staying. There may have been concerns about his future but that was in the past time to move on Looking forward to seeing Notts County Exeter and Tranmere next season as I have never seen them play

He had the same opinion as NC did he not that Pardew should stay. If Cortese had come out earlier with the statement say after the Oldham game things would have been completely different

Is it going to be easy to offload players still in contract. AP said the squad was too large but how many have gone Paterson comes to mind Barnard Seabourne Bart if he stays are going to be in the squad along with Hammond

Yes I agree Thomas Semi as well as Perry and James plus Gillett probably and the loan Players Papa and Antonio but I think I would like other players like Lallana to have their contracts enhanced

Blanchflower is far more experienced economist than King Who made conflicting comments like the growth is fragile but cuts should be sweeping. I agree there should be cuts but only like Blanchflower only when good growth is assurred
