Does it matter really how much he has as long as he buys the club and gets in good players something he said would happen during his SKY interview. We obviously may need more money later but we are in at least Div 1 or Div 2 for two or three years

I am not really sure what I am really saying. SFC is your club and my club and everyone else's who is a fan I just dont like the idea of someone like Loads of Money Crouch lording over us and possibly thinking how great I am saving the club. I dont want SFC to end either as I have been supporting them for nearly 50 years. But today it is difficult to believe that SFC is the club Ted Bates grew and I have supported for such a long time

I am quite happy for Leon to spend his money on SFC but would not so happy for Leon to be running the club as supporters usually get too emotionally involved .

Yes thank you my thoughts too. Do other non Premiership clubs have large debts on Stadiums which they need to service like Derby On the other point I reserve judgement as you just appear to be throwing petrol on a burning fire

Yes well said Miserable Old Git I totally agree a combination of circumstances not entirely one persons fault but probably it was Inevitable that one day we would be relegated from a purely stitistical point of view

We had no chairman when we got relegated from the Championship as we were in administration caused by the boards that included Crouch Wilde Hone etc who seriously mismanaged the finances buying players at too high a cost and paying them too much. It was impossible to sell them as they earned too much

I dont think it is as simple as that. Leon sided with Wilde and because of that we over spent and got us into administration. Lowe only got us relegated from the Premiership something which was probably enivitable

As Crouch seems to have loads of money it does not seem a problem for him to give it to SFC. But obviously he can do with it what he wants . However in the long term he does not seem to have enough to save the club. Why I wonder is he not involved with the Pinnacle bid where they appear to need a another backer?
