I support that he is trying to sort out the financial mess like I would have supported Crouch if he had a reasonable strategy. Surely the current situation with us in the Lower Reaches is to be expected but as long as we do not get relegated with these young players things should improve. I am not upset at our league position although I would have hoped for another five or six points but the club is building for the future .

We did get compo for Burley in similar circumstances. At the end of the day Webster did not get the Ipswich job whether it was the compensation I dont know

I think all nominees should have played say 150 games or played for five seasons for SFC

We may have a better Academy than other clubs. I dont think your other point maybe correct all teams are playing the new system so youngsters moving from the reserves to the first team do not have a three month learning curve
