In a football world these days which is filled with mercenaries, egos and those who put £££ before anything else, Mark Wotte has been a fantastic example of a man who has been unselfish, looked at the bigger picture and is, I think, genuinely delighted to be at Southampton Football Club. Whatever debate there is about his skills as a manager, and whether people think he should remain in charge, I hope that everyone will respect the way Mark Wotte has acted throughout.
