You’d think those left out of the squad and on bench on Saturday would be busting a gut to prove Hughes wrong. This malaise the club has been in for over 2 years is infectious.

The risk is doing that and then ballsing it up further demoralizing the first team that they can’t beat BHA reserves.

My gripe is that we wasted an entire preseason on a formation that we only ended up using for 60 minutes. All a bit bizarre. It feels like when you are playing FM and can’t decide if your tactics/formation need changing or whether to ride out the storm for a bit.

Come on Saints. Let’s get a win and get some momentum back into the club.

He’s trying really hard though so I give him 7.5/10 even though his bite-rate has dropped to 0.12/posting. He’s past his prime but you can still coach inflammatory posting so he may get better.
