Then make a club. It's not rocket science as the infrastructure is there. You just need the personel. Both the football club and the rugby could be effectively the same club and could be promoted as one. I'm not sure we could get away with the Rugby club being nicknamed the Saints though. Northampton might have something to say about that!

With grass now much harder wearing there's no reason why another sport can't be played on the pitch. There's no reason why Southampton couldn't support a premiership Rugby Union club.

Jonah you're beginning to tie yourself in knots. By your logic it's ok to slate Salz for not investing because people on a message baord suggested he was going to invest. Jonah this is a fans messageboard where fans speculate. Most people understand the difference between this speculation and fact.

It's something we've all done in the past, but i respect Baj's instruction for it to stop as clearly there has been a threat made by someone whose articles have been copied. Are you allowed to copy and paste an article if you also provide a link to the article? I'm sure when this subject came up before this is what we were told to do. If the situation has changed and theres no copying and pasting allowed even with a link it's no problem, but can this be clarified please.

Jonah i think you need to understand the difference between stories in the press/on fans messageboards and real life.
