  1. i went out with one of those, made my d*ck rusty.
  2. perhaps today was the end of the beginning
  3. Probably a dab hand at championship manager 2006 or whatever it is.
  4. tell you what I'd rather have 890 million of debt and play like Chelsea to be absolutely honest.
  5. we are not sh*t, our manager doesn't know his arse from his elbow. That's the problem. And as none of our directors know their arses from their elbows footballing wise we are totally f*cked.
  6. internal memo to Mr Alan Pardew: when you take off players with talent and replace them with donkeys you get shafted 99.9% of the time.Even when they're tired and knackered they will still be better than the shîte you send on to replace them. Rule 1 of football management.
  7. I can run pretty fast though, for an old guy--well not that old
  8. for example ;)
  9. Not nice; it is bollix tbf Where's that mathmatical genius who was telling us that home wins and away draws were the crux of our season. His arguement is fundementally flawed in that we don't actually win at home too often. Me ? my theory? I'd sack Pardew and get someone with a pair of balls onto the job.
  10. Good, some gung ho attacking football for a change
  11. Holmes is a butterfly,no earthly good to you in League 1
  12. I have seen the real thing-twice-and it is amazing, but then he was playing with players of equal (or probably greater) ability and on the same wavelength footballing wise, all having been educated using the same techniques and stratagem.I feel that he has suffered from being here and the FFF believes so as well.Don't expect him to be here after January TBH.
  13. Because he's out of the game if the attack breaks down and the opponents come at us fast on the break. That's why central midfielders and full backs don't take corners, well not if the manager has any sense they don't.
  14. still not so awful as losing 1-0, there are degrees of awfullness
  15. There we go,spot the omissions and win the jackpot.
  16. I wouldn't doubt it if someone told me there's already a contingency plan in place.
  17. Pardew has a blind spot over Lallana
  18. you're expecting too much
  19. we aren't shîte, we just can't score, same as last season and the one before and the one before...... We should have started with Lambert and Saga and let Lallana have a run on after an hour.
  20. a team is only as strong as it's weakest link,as you see we were all over Carlisle but a mistake at the back (I suppose) negates everything positive.
  21. I think you have to ask the manager that, as I'm sure the board of directors will be doing in the next 48 hours or so.
  22. As if we aren't already in a relegation battle. Seriously with our lack of strike power avoiding relegation is all we can hope for.Should have played Saga
  23. not really, Mellis should have scored and didn't, that's our trouble, been the same these last 5 years. We miss too many,
  24. Euell scored didn't he?
