I thought we had difficulty in midfield in the first half at least justly because Wanyama gave the ball away a lot of the time, if not he was committing stupid fouls . I really don't think he's better than Cork, seems to have no poise or class, panics a lot.

Indeed, can't see where the both full backs were poor come from really, Tadic was subdued and Mané blows hot and cold and looks like a bit of a wimp tbh. Wanyama gave the ball away for most of the first half, needed subbing sooner for someone with a bit of poise and control.

Anyway his best team is probably half of Saturday's team and half of tonight's. Some of them didn't look great on Saturday. I mean Mason instead of Dembelé or Paulinho isn't very logical.

I think what Liverpool certainly and perhaps to some extent Tottenham as well are learning here is that without Saints midfield any player taken from us is just a bit of a spare part. Our success last season came from our midfield, it's still here and we're still doing well.
