He gets on my wick, I find listening to Player pretty unpleasant really but as you don't seem to get the choice of Saint's or the other side's commentary now I just have to put up with it. Don't think very much of what he says and I don't like his Geordie accent.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if some of our first teamers are playing with knocks and niggles though, you only need to have seen last night's game to know why.

I could well believe it, that game cost us the title and we were pretty dire, something that wouldn't please NC at all. Hammond cost us the game that night which is probably why he got shipped out.

as I said in the build up, a joke team although some just refuse to admit it.

Because someone somewhere in our organisation believes that they can "challenge for first team places" which as we know is rubbish. Some of these blokes weren't even good enough in the NPC when they had a lot of far better players around them to dig them out of the crapper each time. Our recruitment policy has been a disaster,probably because we insist that any club who wants to take one of our rejects on loan pays the entirety of a PL salary. De Ridder,Seaborne,Chaplow all that just shoudn't still be here cluttering up the squad.

why because our reserves are garbage ? I told you that before the game. We have 1 team that may get us out of trouble but all the rest is just hopeless, including all these young wonderboys.

now is too late, it was at the International Break or not at all before January. Should have been sacked after the Everton game but that's neither here nor there, this was always a joke team and it was clear that winning tonight was not a priority.

You can tell that, a match thread without scantily clad nuns and wobbly knockers tells you that the match counts for absolutely sod all.

None of the improvements are actually on the pitch though, very few of those who played against Leeds last season either. I just wish we'd put out some sort of decent side though with 1 first team regular in each section..probably decided by drawing the short straw.

Villa wasn't a fluke, it was the only game so far where we've had our real 1st team out. Other than that someone's always been missing and even then I'm not sure that S Davis would start in front of a fit Cork despite the shirt number shenanigans.

Any team with Butterfield,Seaborne and De Ridder can't be good. We don't give Dickson a game so why bother with those 3 either.
