From where do you get that idea? Says on th OS that he has a chance of being fit, don't know what that really means when translated from OS speak though.

Should Brighton be investigated for Saturdays game ?

If any booky really lost heavily on that game he'll report it and there will be at least a small internal enquiry.Unusual betting patterns are monitored in the slightest detail, there's a special body for it. -

when you're that sh*t it's obviously not worth going on about for any amount of time. Once Brezovan f*cked up after 3 minutes and then they conceded 2 more in the next 8 minutes it's just a lost cause, chalk it off and move on to the next game, their play-off hopes were wobbling already, then they lost against Reading and at 3-0 down after 11 minutes it's obviously all over.On to next season. They don't have a side anywhere near good enough even to have the basis for a PL side and the Amex has probably emptied their reserves so even though the play-offs might have been desirable it's no great loss. -
not the point though is it, the TO personally told you that you'd be OK collecting, the case here is just a result of hearsay,Tommy Tit said that so it must be true.If you can't call yourself then trust the OS rather that some anonymous person on this forum who may or may not be a mischief spreader. People bullsh*t about everything and nothing on this forum, either because they're ill informed or that they get some sort of kick out of it.

The point was discussed in the Coventry Tickets thread yesterday, I know that not everyone has the time or inclination to read the forum each day but it became apparent that whether the match was sold out or not was subject to discussion. It was posted yesterday afty that it might be worth trying for tickets this morning at 8.30 ish, indeed some seem to have been successful at that.At no time wa it announced officially that the match was sold out and it clearly wasn't the case because tickets were obtained today.People may have been told different things but at the end of the day there was no harm in trying this morning as there had been no official announcement to the fact.Once again don't believe it until it's on the OS proved to be the right approach.

As you like, Paul was a no nonsense Centre Half to be sure but he did play a lot of First Division games and got by against Chivers,Osgood and Worthington amongst others.Lawrie obviously saw something in him.
-
But you only have people's word that they said that. As usual with SFC, if it isn't on the OS then it's probably not true.

Gareth Bale, now didn't he play at left back? What age was Baird when he was playing for us? My old school mate Paul Bennett couldn't have been a grandad either, I was 17 when he made his debut for Saints first team so he must have been about 20. If you're good enough your old enough,Saints have always proved that.

I think you just have to accept that we lost the title on Friday night and move on to automatic promotion as the target. Forest won't be good enough to trouble Reading, we weren't,West Ham weren't so what hope is there for a pile of shîte like Forest?

Highly unlikely considering that The Watcher has been with us since before this site existed,March 2007 that would have been back in the the old SaintsForever days or at least this site's predecessor what was it called TSF is that it.Watcher seems to pay his £5 every time as well, not sure that a PEN reporter would do that really, especially as he posts very seldomly.27 posts in 5 years + ain't worth paying yer £5 for or at least for the 4 years that TSW has been in existence. No, the Watcher is just someone who doesn't rate NA and his crew,a minority opinion to be sure but I'm sure you could find others if you tried.I mean Solent got some Adkins out texts didn't they? can't all be from our Watcher. There are still some who regard Pardew's sacking as unwise and incomprehensible and they're certainly entitled to that opinion, even more so if they pay their £5 which many others don't.

He was also partially at fault for their first goal,Fox gave them the ball about 6/10 yds inside our half, not really the end of the world, the ball goes to Mullins before it goes out to Kebe and Hammond didn't tackle him hard enough or quickly enough,Fox stands off Kebe instead of going in on him and the rest is history.Schneiderlin would as likely as not got to Mullins and tackled him or at least been wise enough to cut out the exit ball.Honestly you just cannot blame Fox for the giveaway because they were only just in our half when they got it and we had 5 or 6 behind the ball.Fox is only to blame for not getting in on Kebe but Hammond is at fault for allowing Mullins to transmit the ball to him.All this is documented fact on the video reports. -

Look at the videos, look at his positioning, look at his indecision, half the CMs in the top 2 divisions would have just upended the Reading player before he even sent the ball out to Kebe,Hammond has the time to get there it's just indecision. -
looked like he'd downed about the entire annual output of 3 or 4 Eli Lily factories in one go.Good to see though.

do you not watch games? Hammond was in no man's land for their first goal, he just dallied in the middle of the f*cking wilderness instead of doing something positive good or bad.For their second goal he just gave them the ball when we were going forward and we were just outnumbered. -

Whilst on the subject of Federici: Noticed that he had a bit of a tendancy to parry shots but not really catch them cleanly. There's one occasion from a Rickie effort that comes out and rolls about the 6 yard line. Now a real sniffer would have buried that in an instant but our nearest player must have been 5 to 8 yards away.Rickie has a hell of a shot on him so Sharp should be following up him having a reputation as a box hanging goal hound that is.Bet you Connolly or Chung would have been onto it in a flash. -

See the build up video, Nigel says that he's close to being available for Posh, work out for yourself what exactly that means in plain speak. -

Yiou obviously just watch him in the heat of games but when you've DVDs and full 90s and the like you can see his real level. He isn't good enough for a top 6 NPC side, then again he isn't the only one in our side who isn't. -

Anyway you have to draw the line somewhere,Brighton missed a penalty against Reading as well, you'd have to look at that as well if suspicion were to fall upon them.Brezovan was crap and blew the game for his side before it had hardly started, you just need don't to look any further than that. It's not about Brighton it's about Brezovan and no-one else.He was just crap,no doubt Ankergren will start the next game. -

Hammond is always poor at this level,I mean he runs around and does a few things not so badly but everything is so f*cking slow and telegraphed with him. When he has a shot at goal it takes about half an hour to set himself up and the he usually hits it either high, wide or unhandsome. When he plays a forward ball it's either off target or so late that the recipient is 2 yards offside. He's just out of his depth against decent sides but there will always be Palaces and Barnsleys to make him look adequate. -

Anyway, watched the build up video. Nigel says Morgan is close to being fit for Tuesday night, doesn't say he will or won't be though.Morgan only appears fleetingly on the video doesn't look as if he has any sort of bandage on his knee though. Noticed Nigel was putting in crosses and had the keepers coming out to catch them, pehaps he, like I, thought that Kelvin should have had the one that they scored from on Friday or at least should have come out and got into the mix to make it less easy for Roberts. -

Ahh the Chaplow experience, but Chaplow is about 1/10 th of the player that Morgan will be at the same age. Just do not see what people see in Chaplow, runs around, gets cards and loses the ball more often than not. True he's scored 3 goals to Morgan's 2 though, unsurprising because it's not the same role.Chaplow has replaced Guly and Adam and nobody else and they are goalscorers. -

And not just for games, ask all the idiots who bought shares, just like chucking money down the bog, although we did get a couple of meagre dividends. -

Says something for McDermott's system more than anything else. They'll do well in the Prem, got all the attributes and quite a big squad already.
