Isn't Forecast on loan somewhere or other,Tooting and Mitcham Sunday league or something like that. -
no bench keeper then.no Barney either....just what is that all about then.Perhaps Ben Reeves can double up as an emergency keeper.
-
oooh there will be much groaning amongst the usual brigade.Looks right to me, probably our best side until RC is active again.
-
not worried really, Bart is probably just as good.
-
there was one time in the recent past when he said AL was fit to play and then he wasn't on the team sheet. May have just not been selcted I guess.
-
he's been wrong a couple of times though.

So if I surmise correctly the average Briton doesn't want to be part of the EEC except for the Common Market part and the average European doesn't give a toss whether Briton is in or out so everybody's happy...move on.
-
what the hell has the "average UK punter" got to do with someone with a modicum of intelligence? You only need to look at the "average UK punter" from the outside to know that he/she is pretty moronic with no intelligence whatsoever.Obviously it's only 40% ish of the population but they're the ones who shout loudest and read the Sun.
-
Only to be expected, the average UK punter believes that his job has been stolen by a European, that all European football clubs have armadas of paid refs at their disposal and last but not least that the British Isles are still the centre of the Universe.

Ah youth is he!! My mind didn't work at all at that age, well it did, like a welsh moutain railway, one tracked slow and dirty. Fortunately there was no continous assessment at reputable universities in those days, hand in your project work and essays near enough on time and cramming up in the week before the exams still worked well.

How the f*ck should I know just how St Andy's mind works.

think he's been gagged about team affairs,or at least in the days before a game he has, maybe tomorrow about 11.30.

let's face it Cameron had no choice, the UK economy couldn't survive the rule changes. So right or wrong he followed the only path open to him. The UK's entire economy is balanced on the City of London and the possibility of increasing M3(?) levels at will.Cameron,Brown,Clegg,Blair,Milliband or Winston Churchill the outcome would have been the same. You're in a "no can do" situation as far as clamping down on the city is concerned.

Ahh what a shame that football has descended to these quasi sectarian depths. When I was a young man on Uni vacs I used to drink of a saturday lunchtime in the BP hotel,if Saints were far away it was by no means inhabitual for someone to say at about 1.30 that Skates had a decent game or Ted + Phil would score a shedload at Dean Court and we'd all pile into the cars and go to Nottarf and Dean Court just to watch the football on offer. It was affordable and passed the time until Dr Who.Think they even talked me into going to Aldershot once.
-
But then we'd lose even more money,English clubs in general pay their players far too much money for football to be offered to the public at "reasonable" prices. The days of a £10 ticket for everybody are long gone. When we're paying our star centre forward or star centre half the median NPC wage ..well then maybe we can reduce prices. A bigger stadium costs more to run and has to be financed, just look at the mess the last bigger stadium caused us.
-
Not at all surprising. It would seem to me that Saints also sold the initial allocation of those Last 10 home game packages that they were offering and are going to put up some more of those for sale.People want to see the Saints play as much as they can evidently, probably because we're top of the league, playing well and promotion favourites. The only reason which explains the relative difficulty we had in shifting the Skate tickets is that the Club and the OB combined to make it unnecessarily complicated.
-
Nothing to do with the case. As far as I can see this is about the UK controlling the city wide boys or not and not printing money willy nilly. Europe is trying to impose fiscal prudence, the UK just wants to carry on printing any quantity of money it likes and thus never having a sovereign debt issue.

Bloke keeps some sort of hotel north of Montpellier, he could always go back to Torquay if he doesn't like the way the country he lives in is run.
-
I think that idea would be generally well received in Continental Europe at the moment. Most seem just want to get rid of the UK and it's money grabbers. Some are even saying you've been set up and have fallen into the trap.

Are people still waiting for Pompey ticket email?
Window Cleaner replied to 1976_Child's topic in The Saints
So then same question as the other day: Has anyone at all been knocked back in either ticket ballot ?? If not that would mean that the number of tickets available and the number applied for correspond exactly as the TO say that there are none left but they were all allocated. -
didn't sound very Scottish to me,more Punjab I'd say.

And WHAM, just when I thought it couldn't get any more complicated.
