Blackpool are obviously holding out for a big ticket price, I mean their share will probably top what they make out of most home games.

Not only do S****horpe look a poor side they are a poor side

Couldn't say, I only know about the industrial side of the affair.

Katharina now runs the MALI group though.
-
I thought Katharina was in charge now.

nope, sell the assets NOW and then sell the rest a bit later on will make more than the difference between a L1 team and a Championship team.If it cost another 3 or 4 million in investment to get to the NPC it's not worth the trouble. We could probably get more than the Liebherrs paid for the outfit by selling a few "stars" now.Why should they wait if they're determined to sell..which they probably aren't.

Sounds like agent talk to me, it's a "come and get him fellas" advert.

Lallana is 22 and a half.Needs to be getting up football's ladder if his career is going to come to anything much.

If it came from leftback it is probably fairly near the money if it refers to players etc. What you don't need to believe too much is anything he says about Cortese, his agenda leaves him a bit of a blind spot there. -
Understood but seeing as we sold them a complete crock I guess Nemesis has caught up with us.

Everyone knows you can't put milky tea in a Thermos, that's why they have flasks with a little screw on container at the bottom.

don't show her your homework then, she might give you detention.

What do you expect, only in England would you get some silly slag dialling 999 to report the theft of her snowman.A country with no common sense or behaviour boundaries it would seem.

now if I remember rightly there was a memorial down by Holyrood (next to the Old Sun Inn-across the way from the Pier)I did a bit of archaeological excavation on the site and distinctly remember pointing out the memorial (form of an anchor?) to a young lady who from Santa Barbara who was working with us. Could be wrong but maybe not.
-
why not, it would replace that totally unmemorable damp squib in South Africa.
-
It's not all that big a difference in any case, shows though just a what age lads were going to work in places like the gas works. I remember mum telling me she started in some sort of cheese factory at about the same age before restarting studies at about 16/17.
-
although the old Gas company could have inserted a proviso into the agreement for the purchase of the land that a commemorative plaque had to be put up for their lost employees, nothing easier really.

the lady is 78 according to the article, that would make her 8 in 1940.So she must have married someone who was involved at a much later date.I don't know all the facts, someone surely does.Mr Ellery must have been about 14 at that time.

maybe they'll drop out, 2022 is a long way away.

it's not about football,it's about the yob culture in general. I'm sure they have their problems in Russia as well but they are not similarly perceived.

the very fact that such clubs are in the 3rd tier is probably an explanation in itself. They are all there because at some time or other in the recent past they have spent far far far more money than their income allowed. It just couldn't happen anywhere else.UK football is sick with money and lack of it.It is not about sport any more it is about money, if you can't conjure up 75£ every other Saturday you probably can't watch your favourite team if they happen to be arsenal or Chelsea. The top teams are no longer for the masses, they are for plastic supporters with money.
