some of you have missed my point COMPLETELY... I thank leon for all what he has done... BUT..his poor judgement with regards to decision for SFC is very very poor.. SHOULD another group come in, I would feel more comfortable WITHOUT leon in decision making positions..

Does this prove that he should NEVER be anywhere near power of our club again (should we have one).. he makes one bad call after another.. I appreciate all his good intentions and I really thank him for that but his errors of judgement over shadow too much his good ones.. he runs his mouth off too much he backed wilde he backed pinnacle he over saw huge spending beyond our means, or at least helped bring in the people that did. thanks leon for everything but please, should we have a club to support, I really hope it is with a full clean sweep

did any of you expect any different.. some have been trying for the last few days to tell you that the bid was a no go..and they got stick for it..

Should the worst happen and we fold today (i reckon we might be ok) who is up for a sweepstake for "your" new club..? all 92 league clubs.. if there is enough interest we could include top european teams also..

how much are tickets, is it easy to get tickets...how do you get a tent pitch etc...is there any trouble cheers bud

in my time in (can only speak from my experience) it has changed ever so much....too much 'PCness' too much leftyness. you go and do your thing and get shafted royally as in no more work hard, play hard, it is now (this is in my time) work hard, then work harder... the gov are asking us to do more than we have sice WW2 with the smallest armed forces in history...they want us to fight, go on patrol and then cut cut cut ships, subs, tanks, planes then they want you to go for more.. some would (and they would be right) say that it is your job.. fair comment...but after spending a decade in the forces and watch what was once a great (and powerful navy) be stripped bare to something that resembles a rusting junkyard that struggles to get a single unit to sea.. I went in to get some new footware as my soles were coming away..and I was told to sort mine out with masking tape...MASKING TAPE FFS i could go on and on but IMO anyone joining today has my deepest sympathy... no doubt many will say it is your job but you will know what I am on about..
