    Redmond

Mediocre first half; but was pretty dangerous in the second half as he actually committed defenders and looked to go on the outside.

    Lemina!

Excellent performance. They were missing Pogba; nonetheless he bossed Matic and Fellaini. Was over-eager with a few stray passes but that can be ironed out pretty easily.
  3. We often got behind them and worked some very decent positions. In short, we were much more dangerous than them. Now wind your neck in. You’re embarrassing yourself pal.
  4. Oh do I love pimply 16-year old libertarians. With time, you’ll grow out of it pal.
  5. Better side lost. Long had a good game: we seem more confident about mixing play up and going direct when he’s in the side. Redmond looked very dangerous in the second half while Lemina bossed their midfield yet has still room to grow and improve. Nothing to convince me that United aren’t just an expensively assembled brick-shît house side. Pretty poor reflection on the state of league if they’re considered favourites for the title. Anyway plenty of positives, though we did also say that after the opener against Swansea...
  6. Don’t forget Herrera, the little snake cûnt, going down and conning the ref.
  7. F**king chumps shaking Mourinho's hand.
  8. 4 mins horse****
  9. Much better team here.
  10. Nice to see us going for it. Well played MaPe.
  11. Sub time? Perfectly set up for one.
  12. Hoedt at sixes and sevens.
  13. Wolves in the cup?
  14. Brickhill? Got to love the Chinese and their misguided branding efforts - guess they thought the name Brickhill exuded stability and venerability as opposed to sounding like a Category A Prison.
  15. I saw some of our fans taking a dump at the back of the stands at Selhurst Park last season. Perhaps it was a wry commentary on our performance and Forster’s keeping that day; though I suspect it was just a few bumpkins who were finding the trip to the capital a bit too big for them. Still not quite on a par with the time I saw a fan, smashed, face down in an inch deep pool of urine at Meadow Lane. Lad needed a snorkel, assuming he was still breathing. Can’t beat tradition.
  16. Did you visit your old haunts? Camden Lock, the York & Albany etc - see how your cooking stacked up against the competition?
  17. Is Uber actually profitable - or is it still pîssîng away its $12bn war chest to subsidise cheap rides and undercut competition? It's called dumping in other contexts.
  18. Let's hope our new chinese overlords become so unpopular that we can start the lynching songs again.
  19. How’s the atmosphere meant to get better if people who would otherwise add to the atmosphere are throwing in the towel and only doing away games?
  20. If we were going with five, that would be my line-up too. Think the formation is solid enough to accommodate Tadic rather than Davis and there’s enough pace in Long and a more advanced Cedric and Bertrand that you can dispense with Redmond.
  21. I was specifically addressing the point about marriage -and no I don't think there is any clear causal relationship between attitudes to marriage and vile events such as Rotherham. Verbal has already written convincingly about the very specific geographic, ethnic and cultural origins of the gang members - ones that don't permit generalisations about Muslims, regardless whether they hold ultra-conservative or liberal attitudes to marriage.
  22. Why is it racist? Religion isn't a race. People have the choice to convert to a religion or not. Race, by contrast, is fixed and non negotiable -and, of course, no White British parents ever object to their daughter marrying a big black fella. Never mind that a religion's culture can't be boiled down to a few simple tropes, however much you simpletons try. To the extent that religious conservatism of this type exists, I find it parochial and ludicrous (though there are good functional and economic reasons why it persists in traditional societies). But religious conservatism exists in all religions. Do you know any Orthodox Jews in your little wurzel 'ampshire enclave and how they treat marrying out and religious conversion? Hopefully your daughter takes after her mother because you're not the brightest bulb in the intellectual chandelier.
  23. Happy for you to do the honours pal
  24. Turn a blind eye to selling executive boxes to away fans.
