  2. Most of the chosen acts are personal preference (in which case I'd chose Bon Jovi or Nickleback), the worst probably comes from one of those talent shows, bands who don't write their own music, play an instrument and can't sing... I'd like to say Jedward, but they don't really count as a band, they're just a comdey gimmick so I actually don't know!
  3. Caption Competition?!
  4. I cancelled at the end of the season, seeing as they show the full 90 mins on Sky Sports after the match there's no point in having it for me, I don't bother with all the interviews and gubbins
  5. I reckon we need 2 CB a RM and a GK and a LB on loan and we'll be ok up to Xmas, didn't JayRod play on the wing at some point? Maybe that's the sort of role he'll be in at SMS?
  6. Cheers for the info, I'll sign up to that stuff on the BT site for her now and buy her a whistle
  7. Don't suppose anyone has any ideas on how to stop/report nuisance calls? My mums getting calls past 10pm from the number 02085100275, I googled the number and it looks like its happened to a lot of people recently
  8. If I had any chance of getting tickets I'd be all over this, are you planning on doing this for all away games?
  9. Surely it would make more sense to build it over where Fawley is ?
  10. Whoever made that banner add needs firing
  11. BAJ-Y DOESN'T SHARE FOOD
  12. I used to work (sub-contract) for G4S they're dodgy as ****, most of their staff were from Liverpool and are the sort of people you wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley or so stupid they'd fail Key Stage 1 school exams. They are more of a risk to security than most of the punters at the events and will so sweet f all if there's an incident, so it's probably a blessing in disguise in terms of having reliable security.

Thanks for all the advice, I actually remember going there for one of the Masters football games a good few years ago and finding the town was pretty dull, hopefully the I'll find it's got a bit more life when I head up on Wednesday
  14. I don't suppose anyone on here has any experience of living in MK or relocating for a job? I've been offered an interview for a job in MK which sounds like the sort of thing I'd bite potential employers hand off to get if it was in London or the South East, but after studying in Plymouth for 4 years I was hoping to move back to the South/South East so I could get a season ticket and be around friends and family. The problem with MK is that it's at least a 2 hour drive (with no traffic) to So'ton so whilst it's closer than Plymouth, it's not commutable. Basically if you have relocated for a job how was it fitting into the the area and if you've lived in MK is it as much of a dump as I imagine?
  15. All the best Whitey, hope you recover fully!
  16. I remember Summers asking me to play this, but I had flat bottom trainers on, in the end I was made to run the line and fell over a couple of times, was still a good laugh though.
  17. £6M seems a lot, but who knows, INWT
  18. This thread has Golden Forum potential
  19. I use Firefox because I'm used to it, but I'm trying to get into using Chrome as I know its better, especially when coding CSS. The one thing that's keeping me with Firefox is the "star" feature, which I don't think chrome has
  20. Surely it would have made more sense to sell them at half the price, fill the stadium and that way they can test the new access system properly, and look good when they show the Olympic torch going round on telly
  21. TBH a few of my mates met David James when he was playing for Pompey and he was still very chatty with them and even had a bit of banter, still a sh*t keeper though!
  22. That's gotta hurt! That arm looked painful
  23. Are you sure it was accidental and you shouldn't be supporting that team down the road?
