Just driven through Bursledon and Hamble road is completely blocked off by police cars. Turns out a young girl aged 4 has been killed in a collision with a motorbike . RIP to her, and thoughts with all her family. I also hope the motorcyclist is ok, as it is surely a tragic accident. 2 families' lives ruined in one split second.

Our remaining away fixtures are a bit of a mixed bag, with a fair few tough looking games still to come. Going by the average points needed for promotion in the last few seasons, winning our home games and drawing our away game should get us enough points. However, I think it's far more likely that we will do it by winning 2 or 3 of them as there's a good chance we will lose some. The remaining away games are Leeds, Millwall, Hull, Blackpool, Crystal Palace, Peterborough and Middlesborough. Obviously should we draw all of them, we'd get 7 points. Out of that lot I think wins at Millwall, Palace and Peterborough are all realistic targets, as well as the odd point from the others. Just wondering how others feel we will fair away from home for the rest of the season, and whether we'd be (hypothetically) better off drawing all of them (therefore not giving the likes of Blackpool any points over us) or winning the 'easier' games and losing others?

I'd imagine it's fairly certain he'll start on Saturday and although I've been at all the games he's played in so far, I'm still excited to see him in a saints shirt and can't wait for him to really get going.

I gave some money when we played Doncaster away. Hopefully they'll organise collections at our home game against them too.

He's not that great really, wouldn't be too bothered if he signed for them and played against us on Saturday.

Take a draw?

I'd put him in the top 10 keepers in the Championship. -

Such a good penalty and the other 2 were good as well, even if the 1st was down to the keeper. Looking forward to reports and ratings from those back from the game. -
I think people would be a lot more positive and confident about this one if the other teams around us hadn't have won in midweek. It's about our own form and performances and we were great against Derby. 2-0 Saints, Lambert to get back on the score sheet.

Only real questions in terms of line up can be who plays right back and Puncheon or Guly. Everything else should be the same. I'd rather see Lee come off the bench than Connolly though.

I think their team should demonstrate by scoring 10 own goals. This would really send out a message.

I'm sure you'll be fine. If you're concerned just explain to a steward what it is before you start 'smoking' it.

In October 2007 Birch left Derby County. He was lined up to be the new Southampton Chairman heading the new regime if the proposed takeover from Daniel Williams had materialised.

I think Chris Owen has gone to the toilets for a cry.

That was a rather blunt tweet...

Love Puncheon's celebrating when we score on the highlights. -
Soccer AM is sh*t these days. No offense like

How about a midfield of Puncheon, Morgan (or Cork), Lallana and Guly? In a diamond or a variation of it I think it could work. Puncheon was pretty much playing in the middle last night.

There's not a CB in the league I'd have over Jos.

Was right behind the goal where Sharp had his chance, and saw it again on the big screens at half time. Won't get a better chance all season. Still can't believe he didn't score. -
2 things- Our key man in this game has got to be Hooiveld, he was outstanding in the home match and with their striking options he needs to do the same again. Also, Lallana is just starting to get back to form, and he wasn't even playing when we beat them at SMS.

How many tickets have we got?

You obviously weren't at Ipswich.
