Ok thanks. Well it's been nearly 2 weeks since I ordered mine, and still yet to receive either forms, the ticket itself or any sort of contact explaining what is going on.

Thanks for your replies. Those of you recommending apple- would you go for the pro (definitely can't afford the new retina display) or would you consider the air? I understand it doesn't have a CD drive, but I very rarely use the CD drive anyway. Are there any other major differences?

So I bought the tickets over the phone last Tuesday (week ago today) and they told me they would post me the direct debit forms to complete and return, but they still haven't arrived. Anyone else had this issue? How long did it take your forms to come? Cheers
