Calling All Employment Law or HR "Experts"
Tractor_Saint replied to Saint In Exile's topic in The Lounge
If the store manager had proof that money had been stolen then surely they'd have involved the police? As someone has already suggested, write to the HR department asking for a copy of their grievance policy to dispute the sacking. -
Unfortunately, for me at least, the zip add on is zero bytes and won't install in Kodi ;(

Can't wait to see North Korea bring out a film showing Obama being assassinated. I'm sure the US will find it funny.
-
Look for some of the alcohol free Ginger beers - NOT the weak ginger ale rubbish in the small bottles but more and more pubs are doing really decent ginger beers that have a good kick to them.

Ah! Try tractorsaint at gmail dot com Happy to help - watching a great HD feed of Sky sports 1 for the Pompey game and now the Rugby

If you've got Serviio installed then you're nearly there, you just need to set up the 'online streams'. Check out this link: http://forum.wiziwig.eu/threads/81442-Tutorial-How-to-pass-on-an-AceStream-stream-to-an-external-device PM me for any help.... I was watching the QPR game this afternoon in full HD - fantastic!

Does your TV support DNLA? If so then check out Serviio - I run Serviio on a PC and then it streams to the TV via DNLA. I have three ways to stream depending what feed I am using. I use AceStream, Sopcast or direct desktop screen share (for flash sites). Works very very well but your PC needs to ideally be a quad core. Happy to discuss if you need more info.

As people have said, the coach was at Millwall. Evidence here:

And how Pelle appreciated it. The highlight of the game for me was when he scored and the celebration he did - he just looked so so happy and relieved to get on the score sheet. He said in pre-season that he usually takes a few games after pre-season to get to the right standard and I think he's going to prove that very very soon. Oh, and Long's dummy was class! # "I was there, when Jack Cork scored, I was there, when Jack Cork scored"

I've said it once, I'll say it again. Free Acestream / Free Sopcast on your laptop with Free wiziwig.tv. Best of all it's free. HD quality if your internet feed is good enough. I also stream it to the Samsung TV but you don't have to do that
-
And now he's saying he's number 5 keeper in the pecking order. Wow, he must have seriously done something wrong with RK!
-
Ah... um I think this may put his position across...
-
The new lego movie - um, well, it was *OK* but not that overly impressed as others are saying Did love Shutter Island - highly recommend that. Watched The Grand Budapest Hotel - not a bad film if the missus is badgering to watch something with you

If anyone is interested (probably not) but this is the BBC's reply to the complaint about this interview: Many thanks for getting in touch. We're sorry to learn you were unhappy about a recent item in 5 Live Sport. We apologise for the delay in replying to your e-mail. We realise that our correspondents appreciate a quick response and we’re sorry that you had to wait on this occasion. Having reviewed audience feedback personally with the station's senior editorial and management teams including the sport editor on the programme itself, we feel the segment was balanced on the whole with the main feature being a 13-minute interview with the Southampton Chairman who explained very well the club’s actions and how it would help them bring in new players. The interview also gave the club's Chairman the chance to answer questions about the speculation surrounding both Morgan Schneiderlin and Jay Rodriguez, and also to state that the club is definitely not for sale. The presenter made the point in the interview that this could actually be seen as very good business, and made the point in the following debate that Southampton “have got a fantastic academy, brought a couple of players in already, they’ve got a lot of money in the bank…”. We also acknowledged those supporters who are very happy with the situation at their club and who therefore disagreed with our panel by reading the following Twitter comments: EKELUND 24 I think you are misreading the thoughts of #saintsfc fans! I for one think we will have a great season, top ten easily. ANDY I am sure quite a few journalists said we would struggle last season? I don't think we did too bad in the end. CHRIS only judge #saintsfc When the transfer window is closed and after 10 games! Media are desperate to see us struggle with no reason MATT Don't mind that we have accepted these offers. Its been good for business. Im just worried about how slow we are at replacing them. We had a small squad last season and we need at least a 4 more players. That said, we do accept that there were some unfortunate factual errors in the segment for which we apologise. Steve Claridge accepts he got the relationship between Markus and Katharina wrong, but this was a slip of the tongue rather than any lack of knowledge. Morgan Schneiderlin did sign from Strasbourg rather than Lille and the amount paid for Rodriguez was £7 million rather than £12 million – neither of these had much of an effect on the overall discussion, but of course we’d prefer not to make these mistakes and we thank you for alerting us to them. We value your feedback about these issues. All complaints are sent to senior management and programme makers every morning and I included your points in this overnight report. These reports are among the most widely read sources of feedback in the BBC and ensures that your complaint has been seen by the right people quickly. This helps inform their decisions about current and future programmes. Once again, thank you for contacting us. Kind Regards Philip Young BBC Complaints www.bbc.co.uk/complaints NB This is sent from an outgoing account only which is not monitored. Yup, he hasn't travelled

Hopefully Sky Sports is doing what they've done today and make Sky Sports available to all Sky, Virgin and Freeview folks for the weekend. It's free today - just hope they do it tomorrow!
-
Blimey - now that was a close call. Thought it was a 3pm kick off and was going to go down for 1pm to see the players arrive with the kids. Knocked that one on the head now! Will go down for 4pm instead! Really looking forward to seeing the new players

Thanks Art - where do you get the Wiseplay lists from though? Once the app is installed there's no lists of things to watch..
-
Nice of them to show us how they get their stories

Sorry, you're stuffed, and don't pay the ransom as chances are you'll not just lose your data but you'll lose your money. It's quite clever this virus and, unless you've got a backup of the files, they are assigned to the bit bucket in the sky. Sadly it'll also look for network shares so if you backup to another device on the network and don't offline it when you have the virus it'll encrypt that data as well. Nasty little beast.

Also try http://www.stream2video.tv/countries/united-kingdom/ I use Wiziwig - have a PC running Serviio and running SopCast / AceStream and then use Wiziwig to find the best feed (usually AceStream). Got a Samsung Smart TV so I can find the Serviio server through that and stream the footy onto the big tele. Quality is amazing (Virgin Media Broadband means 120Mb download / 10Mb upload) - the only issue with this set up is the game is buffered around 30 seconds behind live - but I can live with that to see any EPL match for free bit off>

Just heard that there was a bust up on the training field this morning involving three players. Any one got inside details?
