  1. Lying, no good scumbags
  2. Every club changes their kit every year these days.
  3. Love those The stripes are a bit wonkey but it gives it a rugged look. Excellent
  4. Lamela ?! Also, it wouldnt surprise me if the kit in the leak isnt the actual kit, suppliers send out lots of 'ideas' but that said, surely there is someone in the shop that has recieved them.
  5. Lamela ?! Really ?! Lamela ? I mean Really ?
  6. Lol [video=youtube_share;_kLfa6G0ofw]http://youtu.be/_kLfa6G0ofw
  7. Really ? Im usually pretty forgiving to most players but apart from pace and a decent workrate he certainly hasnt lived up to the hype we saw on some 'top 100 youngsters' pages
  8. This, although its not the FA being up their own ass so much as them having the wrong priorities. Id also say cole, Rio and Gerrard in their prime were world class. NONE of which have anywhere near the technical ability of some of the lads on the continent. And thats my point, you will of course bring through good players, but how many over the years have had that touch, technique, balance and real ability on the ball ? None, in fact even Bale, as good as he is, is more of an athlete.
  9. I like it as a kit but its not saints, its more or less a liverpool kit Oh, and thats obviously a hash up, the badge is wonky
  10. Portugal, Belgium and Spain are regarded as 3 of the brightest up and coming talents in most coaching circles FWIW. I dont actually think we are as bad as is being made out, the players are good enough, as I said the problem is not the players but the system and the team not really gelling. Regardless, coaching in this country needs a massive shake up, itll take time but we can produce players with excellent technical ability. Its just not most coaches main focus ATM unfortunately
  11. Because the players you speak of are very good but lack the technical acuemen of the majority of players on the continent ? Yes we as a nation have produced some excellent players, but look at the conveyor belt of talent from spain. That isnt a fluke.
  12. Cortese, pick up the phone sndsign Bryan Rabello
  13. He is an absolute spanner, I really cringe when I see him with his pedantic crap on other forums or twitter. Can you imagine him as a teacher ? Jesus wept
  14. It is what it is, until Fifa do something about agents then its gonna happen. I am talking about the 'we dont want the greedy bastard here' when in fact, those players that arent greedy bastards tend to be those that have little to offer.
  15. Pretty much bazzer, and even that aspect pales when you put them next to some of the beasts from Africa, those boys tend to be athletes in every sense of the word.
  16. I wrote a big thing on here once, good knows where, in respect to coaching techniques and the equivalents between here and thr continent. I studied it for a long time and basically we are so far behind in terms of quality and application. Most newer acadamies (and I only really have Saints to base this on) are going the right way but most grass roots coaching, even the professional ones are archaic. Most wont even let major clubs know if they have a quality youngster, prefering to 'shield them' which basically means getting nothing out of a talent. Basically, on the continent it is the theory that you pretty much develop as much as you can technically by around 14, so at all youth levels you get players used to the ball, balance, both feet etc it is basically to do with the physiology of the brain and the fact it builds better pathways when younger. The difference is we tend to just play football, which sounds right but in reality just ends up being 10 kids running around instead of learning anything meaningful
  17. You never asked for more money at work ?
  18. JWP needs game time, will be a decent player IMO, reminds me of Wilshere but without so much of the physical presence.
  19. Watched 10 mins, nice to see that the England philosophy is shared through all the age groups, kick and run
  20. He gives me the impression that he is one of those players that wants to be the big fish, seems pretty harmless when playing regularly but whenever he is out of the team for an extended period of time he seems to get the itch, the hump and wants to move on
  21. This is the importance of the committee, it ensures that a club is not lumbered with players that a new manager has no use for etc You only have to look at QPR to see this, three different managers and three different ideas. All three bought players that no other manager would be happy with, it is a disaster. Ive said before, Ill be happy with Hooper so long as the fee is under 5m
  22. Oh jesus christ he really isnt is he ?
