IMO i prefered B.O to B.T But there we go.

I don't know i would disagree, the beginning of the season we had injuries, arrests and have had suspensions and injuries this season. We have coped fairly well under the pressure. This is the point, i mean, could we make signings ?? Of course we could, we have the cash and arguably the pulling power. Problem is i suppose if we keep signing players we will alienate the players we already have here. With Punch i think we only need another striker to replace Connolly, without i think we need a new striker AND a new wide man. But all in all i would be happy with the squad left intact, especially if Guly is a permanent signing. We have more than ennough for this league, and should be competetive in the championship. *Obviously any player that clearly improves the team is welcome.

Wide positions are weak, and we could do with a replacement to Connolly. But..... Compared to every other team in the league we might aswell have two teams.

That was then, but we have a new manager since. -
Why is saints player so f*cking sh*t

Mauled by the tigers. The only menacing thing is that it makes the whole home end look like they are on a special day out.
-
For the same reason many play well for us and not others. Teams, formations and tactics. Though, he doesn't look like Hawkings moving through a bog for them.
-
There is no way they would have hit power lines. Birds sense the magnetic fields and avoid them.
-
As i have said before, unless they spend big money (the right way, not willy nilly like Rafa) they are knackered, their team is woefully disjointed and completely out of form. As for Dagliesh, we aren't talking about the old days when a club legend would come in and lift everyone, the team is primarily foreign nowadays. I also wonder how out of touch KD is these days ?? Though he did have some sort of job at Liverpool i recall. They may very well finish this season in mid table obscurity, or even worse.

I think him and Stu make a great couple though TBF
-
Potentially yes

Absolutely made up with this news, i know that he could still move on and all that but IMO if that was a close thought in his mind he would have let his contract run down. Massive thanks to Adam, NC, Adkins and anyone else involved in the signature... great signing. As for NI Delldays, what do you expect ? The man seems a bit of a plank.

Very true In which case we should force a replay, and force that into penalties and then go on to fix the shootout so that it lasts exactly 2 months, 3 days and 17 hours

2009 ?
-
yeah give me 5 mins, i'll give you a game, although i got a feeling i will be out just after 10 to see how the guys are getting on
-
On call so i will be playing until i get called out.
-
Well i still say the same. If Forest want to offer us 3Mil for Paul Lambert i will kidnapp him and forge the paperwork myself
-
Firstly, what the hell do you search for Dune ?? Secondly, why is the world so full of complete w*nkers that want to impose their beliefs on everyone else, don't like it don't look at it you silly tw*ts, much the same as when people campaign to get shows of the TV etc etc.
-
Why do they want Lambert ?? They have Holt ?? Unless he sorts himself out i would snap their hands off for 3mil
-
Elton John
-
Well 'ya know me' sweetie

Because it is true Alps, and TBF, i generally give you the benefit of the doubt, but sorry you cannot categorically state that any player is completely 'crap' for us without having been there and watching them play, Highlights don't cut it and listening to big dave certainly doesn't I think it may have something to do with the fact he is left footed and at Millwall he plays on the left. I summed up my take on his particular predicament here.

Funding issues i believe. I'll ask about at work tommorrow and see if i can find anything for you.

No team is too bad to go down, and the Leeds team that got relegated was probably better than this Liverpool team. Make no mistake though, it was primarily Rafa that did the damage at the reds, and it seems to me are the only people that don't see this are the Liverpool fans. Hodgson has not done a good job, i accept that, but its not really his team and it seems to be the players just aren't playing for him. No surprise either, the team is so disjointed, they have no width, no real strikers other than Torres (when fit!), and no one that is able to really win the ball for them. I haven't got much faith in their defence either TBH. They only look half decent when Gerrard is playing, and they have become far too reliant on him. Will they go down ?? No. Will they sack Hodgson ? Yes.

Chamberlain to Arsenal or Liverpool £10m

TBH i would agree with that. Its pretty much how i would have responded to Joensuu's post in a similar manner if i had seen it earlier, Walcott never really grabbed any games by the scruff of the neck and definately didn't run any games. How many did he start ? I really don't know TBF. But if i remember rightly he didn't start every game and certainly was not relied upon as much as AOC seems to be this season. The boy for me anyways, seems to have more about him then the slap dash play that Walcott had. For instance, when i saw Waclott for the first time i remember thinking 'Jesus, this boy is quick' but i remember thinking he was raw. With Chambo though i remember thinking 'This boy can play' and thats the difference for me, Walcott is first and foremost an athlete, take away away his pace and he is half the player. Chambo is better on the ball, has a better brain and better technique, all IMO anyways. Bale was something else, the fact that he genuinely ran games for us and from left back, LEFT BACK. Bale in my mind at the time i thought would always go on to bigger and better things.
