I fully agree with the fact that the clubs communication issues have been kak for a long time, this is something even NC said he needs to work on (although no particularly well looking at this) the club should have voiced everything about the ST issues, and yes, it stopped me getting a ST at the time. But I never agreed or should i say, fell into the trap made by the romsey idiot, in fact, even when i countered his arguements with credible and sensible arguements i was met with abuse from him and his little gremlin Hypo. The club have made a valid reason for the ST installment removal, SRS' research was nothing more than one sided, unsubstantiated crap and seriously i thought more of you the9 then to have actually fallen under its sway. I even got a f*cking infraction from Granty because i was argueing against SRS and his gay little gang.

Lets get something straight here, no fan will be banned for no reason.

They have explained the reasons for a lack of ST instalments, and was perfectly in keeping with what many of us sane posters were saying at the time, even though we had the gang banging on about conspiracy theories earlier in the season.

I would imagine that NI has a reasonable idea though. When you get called in for one of those chats at work, of course you have a pretty good idea whats going on, even if you tell everyone you havn't got a clue as admitting you know would degrade your position. Of course, the club definately knows, and FWIW i think it is making it worse whatever reason it is witholding info, for one, it looks bad for just witholding info and secondly all the time it does then conspiracy theorists have a field day.

TBF that is a very good point. Stones and glass houses, but then you are comparing Saints FC to a poorly planned and disasterous event organised by an amateur. Southampton FC SHOULD be more professional than that, and that is coming from a big fan of Cortese.

I agree with this. I said before when this came up a long time ago and NC got a bashing that I didn't want to comment as i didn't know all the details. I still don't however the fact that an independent ombudsman has found in NI's favour it makes me a little concerned that the club has acted very wrongly in the way that it has. Not necerssarily that it has REFUSED the ST but the fact that it has given no word of why, that is the worst part of all. Cortese has been barracked before for the iron curtain that surrounds the club these days and issues such as this do not help him. I am a massive massive NC fan, but as Chez said the club should not be above criticism. Its a hard case though, for as much as the club has remained quiet as has NI (for once). I don't like the bloke, nor do i agree with the Saints Trust however it appears he has been treated unfairly and IS a saints fan after all. Both sides frank silence however makes me wonder what has gone on though, NI obviously has an idea of what has happened, but is equally shy in coming forward.

Colins idea is the best all round i think, this forum has taken a nose dive, though it seems to be picking up since non-members could start threads etc. It needs to be properly open to everyone really.

TBF, it doesn't look good. As much as I don't like Illingsworth, and he is a 'self appointed' voice of the fans, he HAS been treated unfairly. When this came up before i said that we shouldn't discuss it before we have reason to, now we have, and it is wrong IMO.

I didn't listen so i don't know how we played etc I was up the pub but i can only comment on the merits of it. This was a game we could have easily lost last season, Pardew was no good and grinding out results, he was fine when everything was flowing and not when it all got tough. Exeter are a good solid team at home and are very compact and very organised. I wasn't surprised that we found ourself 1-0 down TBH. Great comeback though, that shows character and getting the win we needed will hopefully continue to build confidence around the place, especially with Brighton slipping up. All in all i am happy, not the best win but champions win ugly.

Brett was quality, if he captures the form he had for us then maybe just maybe Beattie will have another good season. Punch is a good player but clearly has issues, if you sort out the issues you have a very talented player on your hands IMO.

We don't have to worry about finance, i am about 90% certain of that. I think as i said before its just a case that the players we wanted did not want to move in January. Its a sad time when fans want the club to spend stupid money in order to appease them. If the Forte deal was announced as a 10mil deal would you all be happy ?

There are some crazy morons that have posted on here asking for us to sign players with proven pedigree, as much as i would have liked that to happen and would imagine that Saints would have liked that to happen it was never likely to was it.
