I agree we could do with a combatative midfielder but truth is we have not got one without Gillet and with Wotton being sh!te and all, from what i have seen lately DMG has changed for me and looking like he is ready to muck in for the team, Surman isn't too bad, lacking form i know. Truth is, with the right set up (football playing team) we should be able to take the game to them, BWP and Holmes will give width and a bit of pace. Play off euell if you need and also ensure the team is not as one dimensional as it is now. I fully agree, everyteam needs a ball winner but i can't see who ?? Unless maybe push JPS up (think he CDAJ in holding role, seems assured on ball) but that would upset the defence. :smt017 But, i am not paid to make decisions. (not football ones anyway)

Should be ok, i play on the MUGGA pitches every week. (in fact most of the rubber is in my carpet now) But my original boots fell apart although i have put this down to leaving them in a bag in my boot for ages whilst wet. Think more rot than anything. From now on i air them in the airing cupboard.

I thought he put a lot of running in, which impressed me, but no he didn't do alot TBH, and the shot was aweful. It has to be noted though that the service was crap, Charltons CB's seemed able to deal with everything in the air but we kept playing the long ball anyway. What we needed was to stretch the middle and play down the flanks and then attack the box, by the time it was realised it was too late.

I believe that we will honestly get a ten point deduction unfortunately. Will it affect our 'Chances' of a takeover ?? - I don't think so, i think those that have expressed an interest already (at least the majority) are looking to invest whatever happens. I would imagine to most looking in it is pretty obvious that we will get the deduction. With the right management i don't think we will stay down for too long, but i believe any investment will be passion driven anyway

I was not saying i was better then anybody ? Not saying i was more qualified or anything of the sort ?? My opinion is not better then anybody elses and i have never said this ?? I did think that, he really did get some stick, i said why are they booing him ? to which my dad replied i think it is primus, it clearly wasn't. The air shot was one of the best moments, that and the massive cheer for one of charltons goal kicks cos they thought it was a penalty, both classic.

Well, i for one do not rate him but we are all entitled to our opinions. He would have been more effective if he played on the left though, so he could actually go round the full back instead of trying to figure out how best he could avoid using his right foot. In my opinion the player himself did not changed the game but the fact that it stretched the midfield a bit and allowed more room, he hugged the touchline and provided an outlet which was what we needed from the start.

For one the point i was trying to make is that i am not an experiance manager and if i could notice all the obvious faults with the team along with about 27k then how the hell did Wotte manage to miss it ??? I am worried about poor thompson because he is young and all that wotte managed to do today was to get the fans on his back and so possibly damage his confidence. The diamond formation can work but the team has to be a lot more dynamic and if we are just punting the ball up the field then you need somebody to play off the front man, and completely agreed the midfield was too far back. Plus wotton did pretty much play as a 3rd center back but managed to provide nothing for the team (as usual)

Have to say though, jonjo shelvy was by far the MOTM, he had so much energy and desire.

Now is not the time for a new manager, now is the time for a commited performance, problem is we have not got the sort of player to put the boot in, nuff said.
