Sh*t, firstly because i just spent almost an hour reading through this thread, secondly because of this. I could cry, i am still going to hold on to what little faith i have left that it could end up better then feared. As for the selling the parent company and so risking the wrath of the league thing, at the moment it's got to be worth a shot, we will end up with points deductions anyway, and either way if this is true (which i am seriously believing it is with what i have read) we will probably be f***ed after admin anyway.

Hmm, 2-0 win this weekend against 2nd with a friendly coming up and then 1st in the league this weekend. Could still get promoted i think, team is not great but two decent strikers, my decent CB though got pointlessly red carded and the quality midfielder i just brought has upset the team (w*nker)

Totally agree with this, believe that the treatment our veterans recieve is terrible, just seem to get forgotton, especially the ones that fought for our freedom i.e world wars. And the ghurkas are just treated completely unfairly. However i see the potential landmine issues that this will undoubtedly drag up. Maybe having a minimum service time or action seen or something :smt017 As for the above quote, wow, that quite alot of animosity towards the students, without which many of the services we recieve would not be available. I do agree that many seem just to p*ss it up and do next to nothing however if they do take up the pointless degree courses etc they end up paying for them without having anything to show. I have been a student, both at college where i undertook the A levels and Btec course that got me the job i have now and i am currently half way through my degree in electrical engineering, albiet that i am employed and so paid to undertake the course i am still a student. A bit of a stereotype i feel. And yes i would say the majority of students would end up paying back more taxes.

God i need some sort of good news regarding saints right now but i just can't see it happening. As has been said before on here even if this is pulled off we will probably be shafted by the FA anyways. Seems a good idea in practice. Would the stadium really be worth that much to anyone else anyways ?? I assume that there is little planning permission available on the area ??

yeah, i would wear them, mostly on holiday in warmer climates, you do look a bit suspect walking around with them on in the gloom.

Just to clarify, clearly the club have no money ?? Clearly we are clinging onto life without entering admin and doing everything we possibly can to avoid it. Forgive me if i am slightly misinformed, i do not claim to be ITK, but we are struggling to stay affloat. With that knowledge in mind, why are people still argueing about the factors of having a new CEO (with astronomical wages i would expect) the fact that we can't afford decent loans (yeah, i hate it but we clearly have no choice) and putting up with the cheap options of wotte/portvliet (ok, portvliet was a bad choice but again what choices did we have ?) I hate to admit it, and i don't like the bloke but we were clearly careering into admin and obviously wilde/lowe decided enough was enough. They obviously jumped back in to attempt to 'stave off' admin, i don't like Lowe, i don't like the decisions he makes but i don't see the choice. ADMIN is NOT an option.

Not trying to sound funny, but we have a game in hand and also are only 3 points away from two teams above us (albiet with better GD) if we win the game in hand there is a concievable chance that we are going to get out of it, so why doom us ?? We have 7 games left, thats 21 points to play for !! Why would anybody decide to write us off with 7 games left and that many points on the table, it's not like we are in Charltons shoes. Also, what is the obsession with administration ? It has to be the worst possible scenario, ok, it may remove Lowe/Wilde but it may also remove everything and everyone at the club, especially in this financial climate as i can hardly see anyone climbing over each other to buy the club. For christ sake get some sense and realisation, if we enter admin it could kill us, end off. Would you really rather no club then put up with Lowe/Wilde ? The conspiracy theories on here do make me laugh. Have some faith.
