If Lowe does leave Stanley - Whatever will you post about.
-
Well I'm not a Melbornian - but after a bit of surfing came up with this. "The two best football pubs in Melbourne are, without a doubt, the Charles Dickens Tavern on Collins St, and the Celtic Club on Queen St. Either of those, and your mate will get a really good atmosphere. I prefer the vibe of the Dickens, but the Celtic has a larger TV screen." Charles Dickens: http://www.melbournepubs.com/v/142/ Celtic Club: http://www.celticclub.com.au/index.html Friday 10th April - Wolverhapton Vs Saints. ( Unsure if either of the two venues will be showing it - you may want to contact them ) Like I said, I'm not a local - so that could be miles away from you all. Regardless - good luck for the meet.

Lallana took morgans spot last game didn't he ? Could Spiderman play as a RB ?
-
Saints couldn't afford Pearson - it all sounds very familiar..

In the above case I'd say Yes - As it was in the interest of both parties. NP - Well i'm sure no many of us are now buying the cost comments - But what does one do exactly Stanley ? -
Mate - Lucky they didnt get a few years in the slammer. Do you know how hard it is to remove black bean sauce
-
I think the finally comment was in refernce to the fact that we survived by the skin of our teeth last season. maybe ?? Oh - big cheers to all the boys in Coldplay for doign a free gig for the aid concerts for the recent bushfire tradgedy. (and all the other bands of course)
-
Well it looks like survival is still a chance. As higlighted above the bold teams we need to get results against. Another nail biting end to the season.
-
2-0 Saga brace within the half hour.
-
Think this is one of our tougher games this season. I truly think Wotte will have the boys fired up for this one. With luck and early goal for us should see us romp this in and continue our good home form ( of late ) well it sounds good in theory
-
This always seemed a strange one to me - It soudned like he wass only a reserve player , not even first team. Is he indeed really poor ?

The real protest will be when season tickets are renewed

Cheers for your answers guys. -
Holy Shiv... That's some run coming up. Had we not got those 9 points I think we'd be dead and buried but now it actually looks like we 'may' have a chance to somehow escape this mess. All of those games are winnable - we just need the current performances ( maybe excluding Brum ? ) to continue and we are at least giving ourselves a very real chance of getting maximum points.

A serious question here. For the stay away's due to our Board - Would there be a price that would tempt you even if the same board was in charge ? Not having ever owned a ST ( long drive ) do ur tickets compete with other clubs ? I know a lot of people on here have bassically said this years tickets were not worth the football they have seen. -
It sure is a tough one. I'd say Rasiak - purely because my last memories of him was being our leading goalscorer. Glad to see Euell getting a run though.
-
Good to see he has taken the bad vibes from within the club and basically stuck his two fingers up at them. Always wanted to see him play a more attackers role - I guess memories of him have always been as an attacker. Unsure when he seem to revert to a midfield role, but glasd to see him back up front and also playing his heart out. Dare I say it - i've seen some of our players smile in the last few games.
-
Reading thru the latest match reports ( a joy for once ) it seems that the 'must play mcgoldrick' has been in the AMC role behind Saga and Euell. Firstly, is this correct - or am I talking out of my arse ? Secondly, what are peoples thoughts on him in this position - or in a more attacking midfielder then striker role ?

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article2289288.ece no Wonder he 'apparently' doesnt get along with the players. Argh - Already done - My apologies mods... Feel free to remove. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=10762

Good to see he isn't goign overboard with what have been 3 very good results. Teams around us seem up for the challenge as well, So keep the boys firing Mr Wotte.
-
Oi Clarky - Don't you dare ! Even tongue in cheek - if there was one club in this world where something like that could and would happen - its gotta be Saints.
-
My apologies to Adelaide and Melbourne fans... being a Perth Glory supporter you can at least understand that I forgot to mention finals football Ha Ha Interesting game that Mr Breeze deceided he'd be a major part of, sadly. Brightspark - Muscat gets away with near on assault most games. He wears his heart on his sleeve and a few well placed nails on his boots. ! Dirty bar-stard - somehow I still enjoy watching him play however. Two more days and the local lads get to strut their stuff against the Kuwaitiee's - Heres hopign for a better game then the Singapoprean one.
-
Actually Saga is a way better duck shooter then Rupert. Not to be outdone he sent him away during shooting season. Dinkum !
-
GUESS WHAT GUYS We Won... twice in a row. Can't we all just enjoy the moment.
-
Ha Ha - That pic shows at least he is passionate ! Made me smile. Well its a great feeling to get two in a row - and at that ground where we play when we aren't away. (Shh don't mention its name) results didnt help us and the boys need to take this new fighting spirit to Ipswich. Every game is a cup final for us now. For now though - im goign to have a bloody good weekend - Thanks guys, Thanks Saints !

Ahh things are not the best on the park, at the banks and pretty much everywhere globally. I guess people are alreadya little wound up and sometime it shows in posts. Hopefully when the football improves, so will the chat and we can all argue about who we should be signing with our 20 mill kity and not discussing things like administration.
