Shouldnt the fans be alerted to the fact that their club is doing 'things' to try and improve the situation ? Sadly a sit around chin wag Isn't what the club needs now. If they didn't relize they were already in a fight then we truly have an incompetant manager and board.

Why the need to annouce this meeting if all it was, was "C'mon Guys" show some fight. I'm pretty sure the fans at the games have been screaming this at players for the past few months. So is it a race between admin and Divy 1 ?

So all that ... and for what ? How about spending more time on the training field, rather then couped up having a nice little yarn. I hope there a big net at the end of this free-fall.

Exactly. I'm also sure rupert would do his utmost to keep a meeting wihtt he bank as 'hush hush' as possible.

Well i've backed them to this point. Now, JP has to go. Theres nothing even remotley lookingn like improvement of late. We need a new direction. Cant say i'd expect rupert to go ... But we can all hope

What about Henri Camara ? Wasn't he on loan - Quite handy from memory ??? (then again I have a memory like a sieve)

Isn't there rules in place now about when a club can go into administration ? Fairly sure a couple of clubs did a sly and waited until the end of the season to see where they ended up before going into admin ???

Wasn't that a red facer. I wonder if we can put the release of players private wage details to the press as well. of couorse we dont know for 'sure' who sent them. -
Whilst listening to the coverage I heard the commentators say the visualy saw the players (Holmes,BWP) makes signals to the coach so that they can be changed around. Seemed a bloody ovbious change to everyone on the pitch, off the pitch and half way round the bloody world. So Jan Square pegs, round holes ? or just no phucking idea ?

Damn this time difference... and here I was thinking I had a golden line to reply with -
Overdue.

Well I've had a crack at you before, but there certainly comes a time when your team needs you more than you need them. Go and cheer for me.

Hmmm I think the value (Which I considered High / very good price) would negate the sell on fee.

I'm in Sunny Western Australia, Perth. Indeed - I'm predicting a 2-0 win to the Saints and some joy for us long suffering supporters

Ahh actually Muscat played agaiinst us this weekend. He is Captain of Melb, and yes nothing has change on that front. Pulled Eugene Dadi (Ex Tranmere) back when clear on goal this weekend.. how he stayed on the park let alone not give a free kick away is an indicative of how classy our ref's are. Certainly will. I know theres a few other Aussies online - I'm sure between us we can keep you updated on upcoming Aussie talent.

As posted on other thread. Scott made his debut just this weekend aginst the Tards ( Melb) and was my MOM. Cool as a cucumber and after a season of watching headless chickens try and defend ( Sound familar ?) it was a breath of fresh air to see someone with excellent positional ability. Is easily on a par with the best of our youngsters. Only having seen the one senior match to comment on but played as if he had played in the league for years. A defeniate potential. The Australian league also has the more physical side of things , so may adapt a bit easier. I'm looking forward to watching him play more often. Oh - he played RB by the way. Cheers as well - Didn't relise the connections. -

A Lee Holmes cracker early in the game to set the fans singing. A comfortable 2-0 Victory with McGoldrick getting a tap in some time in the second half. ( Now is that too much to ask ? )

Hmm.. Wasn't Eyal part of an 11th hour deal after already agreeing to a contract ? - Or have I had too many tongiht ? ... Wiki Move To England For the 1996-97 season, Berkovic signed on a season-long loan for English club Southampton. He proved to be a big influence, and was a major part of the famous 6-3 victory over Manchester United, as he scored twice and got three assists. The next season he was signed by West Ham United for £1.75 million, for whom he played for two seasons, appearing in 64 games. Striker John Hartson had a prolific season that term for West Ham helped by Berkovic's assists.
