    I dont expect results to suddenly improve 100% but I do believe Jan can keep us in this league. Dont think Lowe will scapegoat him - as there is only one person resposible for his appointment - then the court case where we had to pay for Jans services. Sacking him would be as close to him holding up his hands and saying I made a mistake...
