If you drive then I'm sure that there will be somewhere in that area of Devon to appeal? Good luck and...don't stay away too long as there's a team here to support!
-
Every other weekend? Staying with you for two nights at a time? Does he also stay on a Wednesday? Add up the nights he stays over in a year because if it's 52 or more then you can go here to see if that has an effect on your payments.

My partner's ex thinks that the maintenance is for fun only. Last year when I was made redundant and we cut back on spending he got a **** on because his daughter needed more pocket money from him. He didn't think to ask about how we had managed to feed, clothe, care etc for her as well as provide her with luxury items like a PC before being made redundant!

Keep gloating my little cod botherer. He who laughs last don't get the joke!

And do they not shorten the days of grace given with each successive, missed, payment?

Lockerbie bomber could live for another 10 years

Leads us to that age old comment, when our troops have, over many many years, lacked the support from the politicians (of all persuasions) back home. Cannon fodder. -
I always liked Steve Coppell.

No effect in the slightest, nor does it affect the other way.

The most that the CSA can claim from your JSA is £5 per week. They will set the process up where the DWP pays it direct to the CSA (Yes, the DWP again). Be aware that if you stop payng because you're unemployed you will have to make that back payment, after first proving that you were out of work.
-
That rings true. My wife's friends ex never paid her more than two months in a row. He'd jump job all the time. Then it would take an age for the CSA to find out, via PAYE, that he was working. By the time the attachment of earnings had been set he would be gone. Those of us who do pay get clobbered all the time.

I thought that it had gone ages ago and a memorial garden built there?

You have to be one special type of barsteward to work for the CSA. Frustrated traffic wardens is what I liken them to. They lie and cover up for each other. I wouldn't p on one if it was on fire. And yes, I do pay all mine.

Sounds good to me.

Indeed!

Emotionally stunning. Thanks to frampo, who posted it up, and Alps for the link.

That 'lady' thought it was pertinent!

There was once a thread about his handbags...I think.

The law-and-order crowd's double standard

A reference to the Bentley trial I think? -
Pah! 'Trip from hell' They've obviously taken no notice of the last year's events at 'Chez W35Tw00d'! **Why is TCWTB's real name in the swear monitor?
-
The blonde 'lady' was honest despite her ignorance! Although she doesn't have the courage of her convictions. Well if it's legal then why not use it you philistine! Because you know it's repugnant in the way it's used. As for her calling the lady from Southampton a 'fat slag' (?) I think that people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. A ton of slap and loads of lippy doesn't make you slim, nor a beautiful person! The wife of the returning officer could not, when pushed, explain why she didn't want a Caribbean midwife. I'm screaming at my PC "It's because she's black and she frightens you!" Stupid woman! I really thought that those days had long passed. What are these people taught, as children?
-
The lady from Southampton, in questioning their opposition to a Mosque in Fareham, ellicited a few choice comments from the blonde 'lady'. Real classy!
-
Glad I could help you then. Although it does grind to a halt a little way in.

Here's the link which you posted but it myseriously disappeared! http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6145793487676011977#

The problem with all the people leaving here to go to America is that those entrepreneurs who have invested in owning homes to let will, due to market forces, have to revise their aspirations and rents accordingly. So much for CMD looking after the small businessman!
