One is making a comment about today only, the other is writing off the rest of the season Surprised you can't spot the difference
-
We need 2 separate match threads. One for those that are willing to wait for the full time whistle before passing judgement and one for negative knobheads who think the worst anyway.
-
I think we need to go back to nuns!!!!!!
-
Is it Donny 0 Derby 1?
-
Touche (can't do slanty thing over the 'e' but you're not worth one anyway!)
-
Although to be fair to Sharp his goals were scored in a crap team where as Guly's were scored in a winning team scoring lots of goals (evil grin)
-
Let's hope the points deduction happens after the cut off so it applies next season. I'd hate to see it just loaded onto this season
-
So would I but there'd be some on here that would call them plastic fans or JCL's Can't have it both ways
-
Maybe Derby should have got Football League Family Club of the Season They give away loads of tickets (like the deluded ones) but don't cheat local businesses and charities too!!! No competition in my book
-
The tickets for £1 scheme stinks They're just bending the rules again. They know that any plan B club could be allocated a league based on their average attendance, so it's a case of giving away as many cheap tickets as possible so they can say 'our attendances average 15k when they know it should only be 8k' Cheating right up to the very last moment And they have the nerve to call us scum

I thought last week TB said they could make it to the end of the season, today he's saying it's not certain again. Which is it then?
-
It's because they believe their own made-up bull**** about the league instructing the referees to give decisions against them. They take being f*ckwits to a new level (or should I say 'to a level you won't believe! )
-
I think the main conclusion is that PFC reincarnated will not be able to use it for a ground becasue one way or another BC will get his hands on it (unless they come up with £17m). It's worth far more to him as a superstore or flats than a football ground

We wish to make a firm offer...... means we know what we're buying and we know what it's worth We wish to make an offer subject to conditions...... means there's a few unknowns, but on the whole it's clean We wish to make a provisional offer...... means we are interested but we need to know a lot more about a lot of things We wish to make an indicative offer...... means we might be interested but there's more unknowns than knowns and any sensible bid is impossible Hope that help! Also, indicative has no association with one party or more than one party, so you can forget that one Ho

Depends if TB has any side agendas (as if....) There might be a possibility that he got the TV money released by the FL in exchange for a side agreement that the ground is sold to the council or something similar with the FL thinking ahead (I know, not likely) to the reforming of the club. I think there are a few agendas that we're not aware of. He is HMRC's man for a start. What exactly is their preferred outcome?

I've checked this out and had it confirmed by a friend who works for one of the big accountants in London. The liquidator sells the asset for what he considers to be a fair price (or what he can get for it) and that money goes to the charge holder. FP wouldn't simply become the property of BC
-
There's no way West Ham could shake their £100m debt by going into administration because the vast majority is football debt. It would have to be paid in full for them to be given their golden share back. There situation is promotion or bust. ...... unless we believe clubs of a certain size and standing can't go bust...?
-
If they go into liquidation, form a new club and then carry on in L1 there will be uproar at every other club and rightly so They can't offload £130m of debt in 2 administrations culminating in a liquidation and carry on as though nothings happened

The main difference for me between the first half and the second was that in the first Barnsley ran their socks off and closed us down quickly. In the second they were knackered and didn't as much. Thank you sunshine

Hmmmm - 3 month loan Ok Trevor, We'll pay all his wages, that's £200,000, and pay you a loan fee of £50,000 or We'll pay half his wages, that's £100,000, and pay you a loan fee of £150,000 Which do you want to go for? Just spin, that's all it is. Cardiff will have paid what they wanted to pay. No more.

You're in a grumpy mood this morning Ho Didn't you have time for any toast before work?
-
Ho Ho Ho Anything constructive to add this morning?

SSN have now changed headlines to TB has held talks with BC and TB has informed BC of the enormity of the task ahead
-
SSN saying that TB has been unable to agree a deal with BC Not sure that this means much in the immediate term. They're both out to get the best deal possible so it would have been odd if they met for the first time and agreed on a deal straight away. Could still happen, although I suspect BC will be keen to be able to say he tried and failed in order to oil the councils planning cogs for his supermarket application.

I think there's a possibility that Chinny might actually be a very good owner........ In the context of running a solvent business though, not in the context of what the few will want (expensive signings of ex-prem players)
