Of course she's in the wrong. She's an idiot for behaving the way she did. All of which has nothing to do with Dune trawling google for every illustration he can possibly find to show 'Muslims' in a bad light and put them up here as threads. Such are the cumulative actions of a committed and obsessive racist. Her actions have nothing to do with being a Muslim as such, but are grist to the mills of the self-righteous, 'I told you so' fanatics. It's the broader equation dune is going for: Muslims = brown people = figures of hate. This is not about you, Micky, or anyone who objects to her silliness; it's about a repugnant little englander much closer (sadly) to home.

Then you'd be in the vast majority of niqab enthusiasts.

If you wear a niqab, none.

Agreed. Except for the bit about 'in danger'. This site has crossed the line already on a number of occasions (eg the decisions to allow BNP and EDL propaganda to be posted verbatim). There is a particularly ugly strain of hate on this site, which is little more than white rage dressed up as outrage against religion.

You have to be carful about this stuff. BBC Radio Four broadcast a programme recently called 'Schrodinger's Quantum Kittens' and received complaints about cruelty to cats in boxes.

You mean Christian.

There was an excellent documentary on this called 'Plan 9 from Outer Space'. -
He could have been anywhere. Was the cat dead?

This is true from my experience having to drive up dreaded north. Dangerous because they are always getting in my goddamned ****ing way. However, if they were to actually hit anything themselves they wouldn't even dent a daffodil.

Exactly. I strongly resent the implication here, mocking the clear and consistent bias against Saints shown by the BBC, all of it orchestrated from the very top. I hear Mark Thompson regularly convenes executives' meetings to work out their anti-Saints strategy. I am with dune - he and others who share his planet-view should withhold their licence fee and tell the licensing authorities that they are doing so. Then we'll really see some changes around here.

Have you turned into Malcolm 'Alex' McDowell? -
I've asked this question too, and received no answer of course. It seems some racists are more acceptable than others. Dune is, Stanley isn't. Go figure.

Mikey raises a good point. I'm not sure what yours is, though, since you still seem to be struggling with sentence construction in English. What's your first language? Click?

And how is Mrs Bowie these days?

Inside job then - a rating killing an officer. Life on subs sounds fun. -
It's what's called in psychoanalytic circles 'second-paragraph blindness.' Which is why I guess you get banned all the time, because you don't do them. Write all your barbs in the second paragraph and no one will notice, I promise. None of the above is true.

I know. You're indiginous.

In the A330?

Link please. I'd love to know if this is true or an urban myth.

It's an historical anachronism. Islam isn't alone in frowning on interest. Christianity does it too. Check on Deuteronomy 23:19 for example: Thou shalt not lend upon interest to thy brother: interest of money, interest of victuals, interest of any thing that is lent upon interest. Judaism only allowed it for Israelites lending to non-Israelites, etc, etc. Christians, Muslims, Jews, and pretty much everyone else in the modern world deals with, profits and loses from interest every day of the week. The idea that Muslims alone continue to live in a way prescribed centuries ago is preposterous. VW's friend has obviously got a bad dose of fundamentalism.

Did you mean 'indigenous English'? Or did you mean what you've actually conveyed to them: 'illiterate English'?

Deeper meaning and deeper music. Slowed down fives times, it's a masterpiece. The schoolgirl warbling is a brilliant disguise. http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/musicblog/2011/mar/30/rebecca-black-paulstretch

That did make me laugh this morning - Dune's bedroom pin-up Cameron saying the world is all Britain's fault. Mea culpa writ stupid. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/david-cameron/8430899/David-Cameron-Britain-caused-many-of-the-worlds-problems.html -

I travelled through the Swat Valley shortly before it was completely overrun by the Pakistani Taliban. Once they'd seized total control, the FIRST thing they did systematically was burn all the girls' schools. The boys' schools - many of them run as English schools - were turned overnight into madrassas. The money to run them came, of course, from Arab sources. However, the big point to make with all this, I think, is that these incursions by Arabs only began when Zia came to power in the late 70s. What has happened is not irreversible; far from it. But to let the medieval peninsula Arab potentates and the Taliban rampage through the Pakistan education system unchecked would be a disaster for all of us.
