  1. Out of interest, how did you use two ST's for one online purchase (or two in your case)? Did you link the other ST to your account using the "Add Friend" option?
  2. What a hilarious joker you aren't.
  3. I wonder how PaulSaint managed to get 2 then? You can use "Add friend" to link other customer numbers to your own account. Maybe if you do this then it assumes any excess is allocated to the other customer numbers - but how it decides which one(s) I don't know. I have asked David Luker but so far no reply.
  4. OK - so it may be two tickets per ST holder. That still doesn't explain why it allowed me to get 4!
  5. Are you a Leeds fan or an MK Dons fan? :-)
  6. It always defaults to 2 it seems.
  7. If this is true then: a) why didn't it do the same for the MK Dons tickets and b) how did PaulSaint manage to buy 2?
  8. I haven't screwed them out of anything. The only way you can guarantee four tickets together with the online system is to buy them with one order. You can get the tickets reallocated to other customer numbers after the event (and you can add them as "friends" on the system also).
  9. Exactly (presumably you didn't get your own seat though). You could probably have asked for 10 and got them no problem. They do encourage people to use the online service to avoid phone congestion and queues - but they should probably point out the other benefit - you can order as many tickets as you like :-D What may happen is that when they process the order (i.e. to post them) that they notice this and do something about it - but will they really bother? I doubt it. They certainly didn't bother to check when I picked them up. The girl seemed quite pleased that she actually managed to find the order and print the tickets. I doubt she gave a toss about eligibility. I will say that today the ticket office is slow because most of the people are new and are being trained. Maybe a more experienced employee would have been more vigilant - but I doubt that too.
  10. On the OS it clearly says that from 18th January the MK Dons JPT tickets are on "restricted general sale" - two per ST holder and one per "supporter". However, I just went to the online ticketing service and ordered four tickets. It took my money without any complaint. I then went to the ticket office and gave them my order number and they handed over the tickets without question. Seems like it is pretty easy to bypass this restricted sale business. I could have requested that they be posted to me to avoid visiting the ticket office - but I wanted to be sure that I could get them into my grubby mits just to be sure. The Pompey tickets are also one per ST - but again I was able to go online and order 4 without any question. I got as far as the last screen - but decided not to finalise the order because I actually want my own seat for this game (the online system doesn't offer you your own seat!). So I picked up the Pompey tickets with my MK Dons tickets instead. It just so happens that I did have customer numbers for the other 3 tickets, so I haven't bought anything I was not entitled to, but the online system doesn't know this is is therefore open to abuse IMHO. Has anyone else managed to bypass the ticketing restrictions like this or did I just get lucky?
  11. Saint_Stevo in "slagging off Antonio" shocker!! We all know you think he is crap, so can we move on now?
  12. "Boycott the Echo"!! LMFAO :-D What a waste of time. Is it still OK to read the online stories or do I have to edit my RSS feeds too?
  13. I thought it was his achilles that was buggered
  14. He's got a job???
  15. In the car now. Pretty poor performance. Didn't really deserve a point really - we got bossed for virtually the entire match. Shame Barnard fluffed his lines.
  16. Wot paper?
  17. Oh dear!
  18. Surely, as a Saints fan, you are able to rise above such tit-for-tat ?
  19. Why would anyone want a football club like Portsmouth to go out of business completely? That sort of thinking is for neanderthals. Most Saints fans have mates and colleagues that support Pompey. Why would you want to heap permanent misery on them? Bragging rights over a game of football is one thing - but have them disappear completely would leave us a tad empty would it not? You only have to see the protests before the Sunderland game to get a sobering reminder of our own recent predicament - so gloating is a bit churlish methinks - IMHO of course!
  20. Blind optimism or naive lunacy?
  21. Going by car - but not sure where to park.....in fact not sure where the ground is either yet (or what time to leave).
  22. What does "ouse" mean?
