If you're going to have breakfast go to a Wetherspoon's and have the large breakfast. £3.89 for the absolute works. It's not shít grub either, proper good food. I usually have one before a home game on a Saturday. Subway is good when you stroll in there after a 'few' drinks during a night out in Winchester and matey knows exactly what you're having.

I wouldn't say we have the best team in the league. But we're definitely in the top 1.

The Ashes series in 2005 was broadcast on Channel 4 and almost everyone I know, even if they didn't have an interest in cricket beforehand watched it at some point throughout the series and got involved in supporting England. After that series membership at my cricket club seemed to grow and more and more people got into cricket. We spent what seemed like almost every day of that summer playing cricket. But, the series that was on Sky, despite us winning it again and it being another great series, didn't seem to have the same sort of impact. My Dad, who is well into cricket couldn't afford Sky and so missed out on watching most of the 2009 series as it was on Sky. I'm sure there are many others like this. And so ladies and gentlemen, that's why I think the move back to terrestrial is a good move.

He's no Kelvin Davis but was impressed with him last night. Looked confident at last. Last time I saw him was also away at Exeter in the League Cup I think and he was poor to say the least but at last it looks like he has got some confidence in him and did very well last night.

Born in Southampton, raised in Netley. My Dad is a West Ham fan and tried his best when I was little to make me support the hammers but I was having none of it as I knew, even at that age, I had to support the club from where I was born. So therefore since I've been about 4 or 5 I've been Saints through and through, but I do have a soft spot for West Ham and they are my second team. Incidentally RonManager, I done my A-Levels at Peter Symonds finishing earlier this year, and I'm sad to say that as a Saints fan I was in a minority. I remember a few people switching allegiances from Saints to Man Utd circa 1999, disgusting.

One poster on the Charlton forum the other day said something along the lines of "500 fans have bought tickets of which 450 now regret it." I can't see them bringing thousands. I doubt they will surpass the 1000 mark to be honest.
