Just looked on Google satellite.
3-4 miles from the railway station (1 hour brisk walk), right on the western edge of town, on an industrial estate.
Looks reasonably straightforward from the M40 though.
It'll be the usual result, some will, some won't, some will say they did/didn't later on in the season, some will say they knew all along what would happen and TDD will say 'Where did I say that?'
It would be interesting to see a graph of player 'ins' versus 'outs' over the last 50 seasons.
If someone would like to spend hours and hours researching and compiling the information, then I'm more than happy to spend 30 seconds reading it whilst stroking my beard and saying in a sagely way 'that's interesting', before moving on with my life and forgetting all about it.
It seems to be one poster in particular, OTH, who is, in fairness, getting flack from his own people. I thnk he is just acutely embarrassed that (again) there will be more away supporters than their own for a home match.
I don't understand why they are so low-res. When I expand the picture to full screen it is very poor. They are using good quality cameras at the ground.
I also subscribe to the HeartsPlayer (same company), and the quality is much better.
The Solent commentary, I'm afraid, is an embarrassment.
I did walk round the remains of Bradford PA's ground back in the 80s. It was a freezing cold, wet grey day between Xmas and New Year. We were quite drunk and I was carrying a tape recorder playing Joy Division inside my jacket, which gave the experience a very sad yet strangely romantic feel and marked it indelibly on my mind.
