Official line from Hearts: 'With regards to training Hearts weren't banned (don't believe everything you read), but the available time slots changed in keeping with Alan Pardew's own training plans since taking over. I got the Express link from a thread on the Hearts Fansweb site. The thread is titled 'Pardew is a Tosser'. Some of the reaction on there is not good, as you might expect, people asking why this has happened etc. Certainly not good for PR between the clubs on the face of it.
