Considering it's new there was lots of green slime below the waterline. I'd have thought they'd have kept it polished.

And quite right too. If you can't find a job in 6 months you're not trying very hard. I'm not saying you'd find your ideal job straight away, but there's plenty of agency jobs that pay more than JSA. -

I would rephrase that: The real hidden risks of allowing a Socialist government loose on the economy. Thankfully we now have coalition that is applying some common sense to government - you only spend what you can afford. That said Brown told us all boom and bust was over so I expect he thought Britain could live forever on the never never. -
I agree with what he says, but don't think it's in his position to comment on another clubs situation.

Getting bored with my shares doing ****-all so just bought just over 800, this time in HMV, and they've gone up .75 in less than an hour. That's more like it.

I supported the war against Iraq because it was the right thing to do given the oil reserves in the region. -

I read somewhere that warren buffet predicts more QE from govts with the precise aim (though they would never admit it) of creating inflation to erode debt. Here it is.. http://blogs.thisismoney.co.uk/this_is_money_blog/2009/08/the-qe-drug-warren-buffetts-inflation-worry.html -

That's nice of them. Was it like the Cricket Club up at Burnley? - I really enjoyed drinking in there. -
Something like this would never happen to me in the London. I'm one of those people you trip over putting their tube pass in their wallets (then into the inside jacket pocket for extra security) after use. Also if i have a rucksack i'll always put the handle round my leg when seated.

I don't know the figures, but I do know that Labour have made being a benefits slob an attractive career choice for the bone idle that would sooner sit on their arses. -

I've just watched Ian Duncan Smith talking about the career slobs and he tell's them to get on a bus and find a job. His words reminded me Norman Tebbit who told the slobs to get on your bike and look for work. I agree with both of them. It's great that we finally have government that thinks it's unfair to keep taxing the working population to keep slobs in their lives of riley.
