Well i'd rather take EVS once the season has started than risk 3/1 without seeing how things are going. To make a season long bet worth the trouble you've got to be betting £100+ so it's got to be a big outlay and at that price I don't think the potential gain is worth the risk.
-
Precisely.

It's going to be a ****ing scream because you just know the Tories don't do political correctness.
-
This is why I like the Tories, they bring the fun back into politics and after 13 years of the dull and dreary Labour lot it's long overdue.
-
It's taken years of practice but i now feel i've almost reached perfection.
-
Have you heard the rumour that we're about to amalgamate with Pompey?

Watch yourself in So'ton pubs when watching the World cup

I've long thought Stuey wanted to be Nick Illingsworth.

3/1 is a w4nk price. I checked SKYBET the other day and they were offering 4/1 and I thought that price was rubbish.
-
I'm inclined to agree, but wouldn't it throw a spanner in the works if he kept Pardew. A good poker player never reveals his hand...
-
The same goes for Clegg, but I guess now is he is an honourary Conservative. Divide and Conquer, Divide and rule. Everything changes and everything stays the same.
-
To be honest mate i'm happy now that our man has won, if the lefties want to have a flap and parade their insecure class inferiority complexes then that's fine by me.
-
It'll be an unprecedented and mamoth undertaking, but I assume they'll go the extra mile and post out some letters.
-
No, Rupes got shut of them long before that ala Sturrock.
-
Not true. With the previous regime they'd leak snippets to the chosen few uber fans who would in turn nudge and wink and divulge snippets in a collective display of egotistical self gratifying smugness.
-
It'd be worth joining the Labour Party just to vote for Ed Balls.
-
Nah, although he'd win them the next election IMO it's not going to happen. He'd have won the last election if the dopey Labour Party and the scheming Brown hadn't shot themselves in the foot. All these whinges about Iraq by those on the far left (and the those on the far right in islamic circles) is simply a case of those with the biggest gobs shouting the loudest. In the real Britain Blair was liked and very electable.

LOL, do you realise how daft that comment is? So if Pardew was going to sacked it would have been done ages ago, i.e yesterday. There is a meeting today apparently so if the upshot is that Pardew is getting sacked it'll hardly be out of line with Zolas dismissal yesterday. It's my view that if AP is to be sacked it'll happen today.

It's the same every year when the football finnishes and there's no games to focus on. Up pop the threads about the board and the chairman and all the other off the field non issues. Roll on the start of the world cup when we've got some football to focus on again.

181 people are currently viewing "The Saints". Given that our fanbase is probably in excess of 100,000 you do the maths.

I disagree. I'm convinced that with or without pardew and with or without a rise in ST sales we'll fill the ground if we're top of the league. If NC sacks Pardew and his replacement get's us to the top of the league all this mithering will go away.
-
I agree, but he's not Alex Fergusson. When alls said and done he's a manager that used to manage in the Premiership and is now managing in League 1. He's hardly irreplaceable.
-
There's no issue, there's no problem, it's only the tiny minority that post on here that are getting a fit of the vapours.
-
Unlike the majority I'm indifferent to Pardew. If he stays i'll be happy, if he goes I won't be bothered. The driving force behind Saints resurgence is not Alan Pardew - it's Markus Liebherrs money.
-
Why would he back him if he's about to sack him?
