They took a while to get used to and appreciate, it was many years here before I tried them. Yes, they can be ridiculously expensive, but there are a lot of reasonably priced ones - RedHook, Widmer, Kona - about as cheap as Bud and Miller ****water. Well done on your own brewing success though. I'd love to be able to pull off some English ales...still my favourite.

I'd recommend Ri Ra Irish pub in the Mandalay (they also have a fine selection of craft beer) for viewing the game. Game will possibly be delayed on Saturday (ie after 7am in the morning), check with Fox Soccer Channel and Fox Soccer Plus channel to see when we are scheduled. You can also try the Crown and Anchor, off the Strip. There are probably other places showing EPL games too.

Yes but are normal and low weight people's ticket price going to lessen? Knowing the airlines, I doubt it. When all's said and done, they'll just charge extra fees for fatties IMO.

Costco is pretty decent over on this side of the pond for a cash and carry - better than the Walmart equivalent, Sam's Club. In a similar vein, Fresh N' Easy (Tesco subsidiary) is in it's death throes over here. A real shame but then it wasn't a proper 'English supermarket' experience, a bit half arsed TBH. But I'll miss my English bacon, Yorkie bars and squash when it finally pops it's clogs.

Seems you just don't like red wine, don't drink it. You can buy plenty of decent stuff for a fiver. Have you tried fruitier stuff like zinfandel, pinot noir or syrah?
