I wouldn't have thought so, why would we go for him?
-
It just seems to be that the tenders came back higher than expected according to this http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hampshire-33543886 ? These sorts of projects always overspend unfortunately.
-
What do you mean by re-examination? Nationalisation of firms?
-
Same as all governments then.
-
But they're spending a higher percentage of gdp on the nhs than those that you do consider socialists. What socialist policies (if any) would you like to see implemented in the UK today?
-
Ok, I might have misread your original post, I thought you were suggesting the return to a different, previous system of government, that might work better than the current one.
-
But the current Tory government spend a higher percentage of gdp on healthcare, does that make them more socialist?
-
Looking back what are considered succesful socialist governments?
-
If you got no benefit from buying one, why did you buy one? Plus its easy to get tickets to away games, only one or two matches last season didn't make General Sale, let alone to any season ticket holder.
-
No, as stated above, they have priority for away games, cup games, a discounted seat for every home league game. But apart from that the same. What you're proposing would completely negate the purpose of memberships.
-
I can't imagine its that much of a factor. And I hope that we're not basing our recruitment policy on waiting around for a while hanging on Celtic results.
-
Guess so, that just why I thought its a middling game, not highest popularity, but reasonable opposition, first league home game etc, must be a bit of demand.
-
I think priority for home games should go Members - then season ticket holders - then General Sale. That would fairest.
-
Had a quick look on-line, doesn't look like too many tickets for the Everton game have been sold, still tons available, so memberships certainly don't make much difference for middling home games.

Bit strange that he hasn't got one cap for Holland though? -
Clasie is a good, impressive signing, but will it make so much difference in attracting other players? And why does Koeman need to talk about strategy or targets? All a bit cryptic.

What are ticket sales looking like for this game? -
That's how I can see him used at times. Breaking up play high up the pitch, linking play, threading through balls.
-
So we might not see any movement for a week+ ? Or would a big Celtic win tonight change things? I appreciate how it important Champions League qualification is for them, but they really should be beating such opposition even without key players.
-
We could play 4-3-3 with all the width coming from our full backs? I know Clasie is considered a defensive midfielder, but I don't see why he couldn't do the role that JWP or Davis do for us at times, bit of pressing high up the field, threading balls through etc? Just a thought anyway.
