Use Ramirez?
We were linked to a winger on loan from Real Madrid on The Mirror website yesterday.
For what it's worth, a proper 'no.10' would have been my priority rather than a Juanmi style player this summer.
There's truth in what he says though.
If our preferred replacements are getting bought up, it's definitely in our interest to get the deal done reasonably quickly and that might come down to dropping our asking price a bit.
Hard to not consider that paper biased, based on who produced it, but I'll happily have a full read through it when I get the chance.
Does it say anything re the impact on the cost of housing?
This looks a half hearted rumour, even by tabloid standards. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/southampton-keen-real-madrid-starlet-6014436
Isn't mass immigration partly to blame.
Keeping the supply of low to medium workforce high, therefore keeping wages low, whilst driving demand (and therefore cost) of things like housing.
I'd love to have a read of the contract.
The thing is, these things often come down to individual interpretation on the wording. Ambiguities are no good, we'd need pretty clear, definite wording in the contract.
