Why would moving clubs make a difference? He'll be brought in as a defensive midfielder. He has the advantage of playing alongside Wanyama for us, he won't get that luxury everywhere. He's never been hugely creative or a big goal threat, he's at his best, "putting out fires", interceptions, reading the game and getting in key timed challenges.

So the same as sections of youth in every generation before they grow up and happily get on with their lives, rather than any actually, meaningful ideas of making the world better.

But Elia and Alderweireld are already playing for us and the keeper situation is a bit of an exceptional occurance and falls outside normal transfer planning.
