  1. Watching Saints at Wembley isn't bog standard. You post some absolute s**te.
  2. Hardly going to be like watching paint dry. Apart from the first one or two qualifying rounds, there won't be many minnows in the Europa League anyway.
  3. Strange move from the club. I don't rate him, there already appears to be better players coming through from the academy anyway.
  4. It's a word because we won't get the £15/20m that would come in very handy for getting a good replacement and/or strengthening the squad as a whole.
  5. Time never gets added on for time wasting, that's why teams do it. Every game, every 2nd half, 4 mins added on as standard.
  6. Liverpool are jammy. Sterling just gets a touch and goes to ground for soft free kicks every two minutes.

But the post you were replying to said this would be a step back - I thought you were saying Shaw taking over from Fox was the same, apologies if that's not the bit you were referring to.
  8. Interesting that the highest number of tackles by one player in a Premier League game this season is by Harrison Reed with 12 against Everton.

He was replacing a player of the level of Danny Fox, not Clyne.

But he played at left back through his youth career, not centre back. Who has played at right back for us this season when Clyne has been out?

He has played as CB the majority of the season though and only ever played about 5 mins for the first team so far.
  12. I agree with most of that, but don't think you can say Djuricic brings nothing to the side, he still looks a good player to me. But I'd have rather seen Reed come on yesterday, press Chelsea well, keep possession, he'd have been ideal for the situation.
  13. All of his penalties have been poor though.
  14. Yeah, I'm well aware of that, just think its a pretty unique situation for a club our size to own that much attacking talent and not be able to get any return from them, regardless of the reasons.
  15. Mad when you think of the value of forwards we currently own that haven't been able to have any impact on this season for one reason or another, Rodriguez, Osvaldo, Ramirez, £30m+.
  16. No, it's much better than "bog standard", unless you're a complete idiot.
  17. A genuine question; what would you consider "too much" immigration into the UK?
  18. Shut up Glasgow you c**t
  19. No, the Premier League isn't poor, if anything the opposite to be honest.
  20. Chelsea have been pretty poor for months. They'll seriously look to bounce back against us though.
  21. He wants us to be thankful we're part of the EU as it now makes it easy to get to France to watch football, you couldn't make it up
  22. No, exactly, but thanks for your contribution anyway

    Net migration

That's the money for the infrastructure, not the space. I ask again, you think its practical to build houses, schools, hospitals, roads, mainly in the south and east of England the size and scale of the a city like Southampton every year. Interesting that you think that any tax recovered should be spent on new infrastructure to cope with immigration and not improving existing infrastructure, schools, hospitals.
  24. When was it had to travel to France?
  25. Yep. It's a bit of a pointless article, I'm sure Spurs want him, but so will every other team in the PL. Someone like Man CIty that are desperate for a top CB would be more like where he'll end up. I'd back us to compete if we were just up against Spurs for him.
