  1. Not too sure what your point is then. Odd.
  2. So you don't think the fixtures are a pain to get to for a lot of fans? And you have a better understanding on the fixtures impact than Koeman? Fair enough.
  3. Sat in the Upper on your own. Good support this, still a while til the game, could be pushing 3 to 4k, cracking atmosphere night cup games up north.
  4. Quite. And Koeman's views on the fixture on the 28th is pretty clear.
  5. Transport links, atmosphere and the points put across by Koeman.
  6. The additional 800 in the Upper Tier?
  7. Its not really much to do with Sky in this instance though, just a huge amount of fixtures over a relatively short period of time.
  8. As I say, can see why that wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea and its not going to change any time soon anyway. The game on the 28th is ridiculous though, surprised that is kept going.
  9. What is odd?
  10. Yeah, the fixture on the 28th is taking the p**s, ridiculous when you look at it squeezed in, with so many games around it. I'd personally take out the Boxing Day fixture as well, although I appreciate that wouldn't be popular for some.
  11. 23 for me.
  12. I'd describe myself as a football traditionalist in the main, but do agree with Koeman here, the amount and regularity of football over December and January is ridiculous, especially when FA Cup and potential League Cup games are squeezed in.
  13. £25 travel on the coach. No reason to spend money on food/drink you would be doing anyway, unless you only eat at football. It is expensive for the ticket anyway.
  14. I completely agree tickets are too expensive, I wouldn't blame people at all for having other priorities. It's not £100 though, that's a slight exaggeration!
  15. But why no announcement by the club then?
  16. But Spurs were lucky with the two sending offs going their way, turning the game in their favour. They're not going to have that luck every week I hope.
  17. All true, I can't blame anyone for not going, but it is a reminder how far our support is off others towards the top of the Prem, same goes for Man City at home ticket sales. There isn't the same capacity and appetite for £40+ tickets as there are at the clubs we're competing with.
  18. It doesn't hide the fact, but it makes it even more frustrating. I've seen their last two away games, both they've been s**t in, both they've seen an opposition player sent off as a result of a situation of thir creation and both they've came away with 3 points, jammy, jammy c**ts. Would seriously love to thrash them at St Marys, that's got to be well due.
  19. On the subject of recent former Saints, I take it Osvaldo will be playing in the Milan derby tonight. Might be entertaining.
  20. Ramirez was stupid, but unlucky there, Vertognhen walking all over him, bit of a reaction, but no sending off. Spurs benefitting for a 2nd away game on the trot for a dubious sending off in a situation of their own creating, jammy gits. They've been sh**e!
  21. He was quite highly rated in coaching circles if I remember rightly, just not as a decent level first team manager.
  22. I thoroughly enjoyed that game. F**k me, Liverpool were sh**e, worse than expected.
  23. I guess this blog is sort of related to this debate, may be of interest to some, not seen it posted yet http://jacobinism.blogspot.co.uk/
  24. Would people start Mane or Long tomorrow? Either would be a good option, but just thought it's an interesting question that hasn't really been discussed on here from what I can see.
