No they don't. For example Adkins said in the summer he was looking at bringing in a 'keeper, 1-2 defenders etc. So he was open and honest with his squad, everyone knew we were out chasing other players, not quietly scheming in the quiet, getting someone to already do your job (scouting, watching players, picking future targets etc) while you thought you were still confirmed in that position.

Completely different. Adkins always says when pressed on transfer targets, "we're always on the look out for better players, always looking to improve in every position" - open, honest and straight forward. Unfortunately you can't say the same about Cortese.

I don't think you've followed the thread properly. The point about his wages is in relation to Henry Winter comparing NC to Abramovich - a key and clear difference being one has put a load of his personal fortune into the club, another has taken a personal fortune out. The owners might well be entirely happy, that doesn't make the difference a clear and relevant point.

The £600k was for half a year IIRC. All the expenses put through the club is correct as you know.
