  1. ALl depends on ease and cost of Construction - it could well be just as easy to do 50k rather than 45k, then you may as well do 50k. Guess it also depends on Council permission etc....
  2. Right, so not really too much in it really! To be fair I think Leicester's crowds have helped up well in the last few years and wouldn't put them too far off being on a apr with us, same as Forest and both Sheffield clubs (know their crowds have taken a fair old dip in the last couple of years, but not sure how well ours would have held up if we were struggling midtable in League One this year).
  3. I'd make you right on that list. The potential here is massive.
  4. Going then, how many did they average?
  5. + Leicester. Having said that I agree, our attendances have stayed impressively high, does show massive potential for future success.
  6. Bournemouth away. MK Dons at home.
  7. Behave you big mincer, no-one is "spoiling it for others" I genuinely hope you all have a cracking day there.
  8. Ah sorry, I won't bother questioning anything else on here again. I hope Sunday is a real success, gets a full house and is a good day out for families etc, just not found anyone I know who fancies going yet even though its free.
  9. I reckon that'll definitely be on the angles they go for!
  10. I'm just not too sure how watching Murty and Idiakez running around St Marys will celebrate our success this season anymore than what will happen on Saturday? " if some want to go then let them." - er, bit confused by that line in your post, I'm not stopping anyone going.
  11. Can never read too much into cup runs as you always get teams from lower leagues raising their game against higher opposition, if you used that as a marker, there'd be all sorts of random teams that should supposedly be able to compete at a higher level. Having said that I do agree that the current squad we have should at least be competitive at Championship level, would say its still a good 2 or 3 players away from a play-off side though..
  12. Completely agree. And with the greatest of respect to the OP, I sometimes wonder why posters start these sort of threads? Look at how well Norwich, Leeds and Millwall have done this year.
  13. Williams? Wotton? Idiakez? Murty? Perry? Probably just me, but I don't get the point of this game at all!
  14. I'm sure I'll get slated for moaning, but I just don't really get the point of this game? Not too many real "stars". Just think it's going to feel like a damp squib, half-hearted finish to the end of the season, why not just leave it with the game on Saturday?
  15. I have two tickets for the Europa League Final on wednesday the 18th of May for sale. I'm going to game myself, but a mate can't make it, so is looking for any sensible/reasonable offers for them...........
  16. Huddersfield without a doubt. Best team, decent, proper club, good away day.
  17. Decent gesture from the club, just don't know if it'll be a bit of a damp squib after Saturday. Anyone know if Duncan Spedding or Frankie Bennet will be getting a run out?
  18. Can't see this really stopping them to be fair.
  19. I'm buzzing we're up, but I'm sorry, League One has much better away days than the Championship! Have some of you ever been to the places you're mentioning? Or just very short memories?
  20. No-one was looking for a fight, but yes some over-the-top celebrating and its a pity if that adversely affected any other fans, particularly those disabled, but that was as a result of being over-enthusiastic, as opposed to any kind of malice. And I'm not saying they should be "able to identify a random rock-checker", but look vaguely interested in preventing it happening as opposed to just filming Saints fans celebrating or generally looking on gormlessly!
  21. Right, lets get a few things straight about yesterday. Yes, we do sing some fairly embarrassing, rubbish, unoriginal songs, there is a fair bit of room for improvement there. But there was very little bad behaviour from saints fans yesterday. A few bits of over-the-top, boisterous celebrating by a few, but nothing particularly harmful at all. There is no club in the world that upon sealing promotion, while being the best supported club in the league, not come across as a bit arrogant. Now on the the Plymouth fans - it seems like a large percentage of them couldn't resist clambering over their fellow fans to put the boot in and spit on lone Saints fan who were celebrating in their end. Not saying for one minute it was right that Saints fans were in there and that they should be allowed to celebrate in front of Plymouth fans, but the Plymouth fans were the classic bullying cowards with loads of them jumping in on one bloke. Then after the game as we were coming out of the ground in the escort a young girl was hit on the head by a rock thrown by a Plymouth fan in the park to our right. With both of these incidents, what did the police do? They were more interested in filming Saints fans celebrating than doing anything about these Plymouth supporters, typical of modern day policing at games.
  22. Er, I can and I will. They've released ticket details late for every major away game this season, Brentford being no exception. There is a post further up this thread from someone who has spoken to the ticket office and was told they're only sending some of them out today! I'd agree that this game has been a tough one for them to manage, but I can't say I've got huge faith in them for getting things right.
  23. What is it with Saints and tickets!? Our ticket office does need a shake up, especially if we're going to be playing a lot more "bigger" away games.
  24. F**ks sake, they're sending tickets out today? Nice to know we're getting top quality service for our £3 fee!
  25. Not been on this thread for a while. Are they toast yet?
