This is my main bugbear with this coming up again, there is that small handful of players who have failed to perform for multiple managers that we need to get rid of (I would probably exclude Romeu and JWP from the list above though!) I would rather shift out the consistent underperformers like Bednarek, Stephens, Walcott, Djenepo and Redmond, which it seems like we are willing to, just that they are so shite that nobody will take them with the wages they are probably on here - which is why, as others have alluded to, it seems we may have no option but to move onto Adams to get some funds in (if needed). Although, it begs the question why Stephens signed an extension if he is indeed one of those who are unhappy... The players need to take some blame to a certain extent here, too.

Tend to agree… although I thought he was ‘ok’ on Tuesday night (I know, I know!). However, the biggest issue we have is that all of the “10’s” excluding S. Armstrong are just a shitty much of a muchness. You know that not one combination of them will impact a game. I am personally not an Ely fan at all, ditto Djenepo, Walcott… Tella is very hot and cold (and was awful on Tuesday too). I just don’t think Ralph can win with selections of attacking midfielders as they are going to be useless either way 😂 big clear out and some genuine quality needed here!
