I wonder how much longer Trevor and his company will be allowed to continue? To me, looking at the situation from afar, they seem to be making a very very poor job of helping all creditors.Whilst charging a fortune using money that could have gone to those same creditors how come those creditors haven't approached the Court months ago to get someone else in? RIP poor lady, I suspect that she would have left the employment of that hospital when things settled down in a week or so. Give it another month or so and she would probably have found another job because if she was as good as has been said someone would have taken her on. Sad as I will now sound but anyone who deals with patients has it rammed into their head from day one - you DON'T ever give out any information about any of your patients over the telephone no matter who the caller says they are. Edit: I have now realised she was the person who transferred the call to the ward, she wasn't the person who actually gave out the information. I wonder how that poor lady is feeling now. I hope she gets help real soon.
