I know people are saying 4 million euros - it’s cheap, its cheap, but is it ? He’s made 70 appearances for us since 2016, I bet no more than 20 are the full 90 minutes and he’s been out on loan to a club who didn’t want to buy him. If you add to that 4 million the wages the club will save it doesn’t look such a bad deal.

Not so sure, they all had nine months left on their contracts so had to be paid up. If that was the case they would have done this season then not have their deals renewed hence they get a proper send off and everyone comes out of it looking good.
